Great location, right next to the Light Rail station and buses. Rooms are very clean, and there's a nice vibe. Aircon is very pleasant. Shower is hot, with a squeegee to clean up after. It's nice that the shower and toilet are separate, and that there are 2 taps and sinks in the bedroom part.
Nice outside and inside area to wait if you're early to check in. Luggage room available to store things while waiting for your check in time for arrive (unfortunately no flexibility on check in times, hence a 9/10 rating). Lockers available (they also sell locks), plus they have drawers under the beds to store stuff in. Linen is worn-through, but clean.
Breakfast was a nice, albeit typical Israeli kibbutz breakfast - cereal, chopped veggies, white cheeses, tuna, boiled eggs, (fancy) bread, huge plus: a fancy coffee machine (as well as tea and instant coffee available all day).
Water dispensers on every floor, as well as communal bathrooms, very chill lounge-dining room (excellent choice of music, too!), gorgeous graffiti art on the walls, drinks dispenser, pool table, a laundry room, small bars in lobby, dining hall, rooftop. Oh a gorgeous rooftop with beautiful views and very well-maintained, tranquil garden and seating area. Wish them all the best to continue succeeding.
No flexibility re: check-in time - not even an hour.
Prepare yourself for: the room windows not blocking out motorbikes, ambulances, police sirens, etc., and in a room of 12 women there were 3, unrelated women who all decided to switch the main lights on several times in the night, and had no qualms about speaking loudly on the phone (I've never been in a youth hostel like it in the 35 countries I've travelled to). Can get very loud when there are school groups there.

מרפסת גג מקסימה. מכונות שתייה ונשנושים. קרוב יחסית לרכבת.
חבל שאין טלוויזיה בחדרי המשפחה. סביבת המלון בלילה קצת לא נעימה, במיוחד אם מגיעים ברגל מהרכבת.

הגענו זוג +3 , המלון מקסים! הצוות אדיב ביותר, ארוחת בוקר בסיסית אבל תמורה טובה בעד המחיר. בלובי יש סנוקר וכדורגל שולחן, בנוסף יש מרפסת גג שלא היינו בה. ישנו בחדר משפחתי שהחלוקה בו מצויינת, יש הפרדה בין המקלחת לשירותים. בנוסף ניתן לישמור מזוודות לאחר צ'ק אאוט וכשחזרנו להוסטל נתנו לנו מגבות ואיפשרו לנו להתקלח במקלחות המשותפות. בהחלט נחזור!
הדבר היחיד שהיה לא מוצלח זה שהחלון בחדר פנה לרחוב ובלילה היה לא שקט.
Great location. Very good breakfast
It was very noisy with people outside up to the early hours.Also lots of traffic, sirens and beeping horns.
The pillow was extremely thin and lumpy and not very comfortable. The mattress was also thin but expected in a youth hostel. If you don't have a problem with getting to sleep or staying asleep then it's fine for you.
excellent value for money, Impressed the breakfast was so extensive given the reasonable price. Will recommend!

Reception by Martin and Michal made my stay pleasant. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits and veggies.
Some compressors on the ceiling should be located far from rooms' roof.
