Une belle affiche ... mais une réalité très décevante

Le cadre est sympathique ... sauf si on vous loge dans une annexe de l hôtel sans vous prévenir.
Un petit déjeuner très complet.

Cons:

Nous avons du réclamer un changement de chambre suite à un placement dans une annexe hors hôtel, sans volets qui ferment et avec une température très excessive. Pas de rideaux et un store bloqué ne fonctionnant pas ...
Après nous avoir expliqué qu il n y avait pas de clim dans l hôtel et que nous ayons indiqué que nous allions quitter l hôtel, on nous a trouvé une chambre climatisée dans l hôtel proprement dit ...
Le jour du départ dans la salle de petit déjeuner pas de possibilité de prendre une table au choix, c est là et pas ailleurs !
Le restaurant est malheureusement sous staffé avec un garcon gentil mais débordé qui ne peut assurer seul le service ...

Welwillend maar niet professioneel.
Pros:

Ruime kamer, ligging, vriendelijk personeel in restaurant.

Cons:

Ontbijt werd om 7:00 neergezet en niet meer aangevuld. Om 8:00 uur zijn bv de eieren dan op. Algehele staat van het pand is licht verwaarloosd. Bv lekkage in badkamer en toilet. Drie soorten rosé op de kaart maar geen 1 op voorraad. Er werd wel, heel positief, een andere voor ons opgehaald.

Tutto......la disponibilità del personale, attenta alle mie esigenze.......dall'arrivo, al ristorante per la cena, e cosa dire della colazione....... un buffet dove non mancava nulla, curato nei minimi particolari....GRAZIE

Nice stay for a night but not for more...
Pros:

The room was spacious, quite and nice decorated! Has a nice yard with views of the mountains. Easy to park the car.

Cons:

It seems that we were there in a low season (April 10) cause it felt like we were the only visitors.
The building is old (beautiful though) and the doors were slamming with noise on any other room or entrance of a person. The hot water finish after the second person had a shower.
Very mediocre breakfast.
The card machine didnt work at the checkout so we had to pay with cash.
Definitely overpriced for what it offers.
