It was okay.
Pros:

Dear Management Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding a severe breach of privacy, safety, and security that occurred during my stay at your establishment. Upon checking in, we noticed the air conditioning unit was not functioning optimally. While we chose not to report it immediately to avoid disruption, the events of the following morning transformed this minor inconvenience into a deeply distressing and unacceptable security failure.

The next morning, while my partner and I were in bed completely unclothed, two male staff members opened our room door using a keycard. They did not knock, ring the bell, or announce themselves in any way before entering. This sudden, unauthorized entry caused an immediate state of panic. Given the complete lack of warning, my immediate instinct was to prepare to physically defend myself and my partner from intruders. Fortunately, after I shouted to demand who they were, they quickly closed the door. Upon confronting the staff members through the door, they informed me they had come to replace the AC unit and claimed the front desk had not notified them that the room was occupied. I immediately contacted the front desk to rectify the situation. The agent on duty admitted to a major administrative oversight: the front desk database.

The price was excellent and the housekeeping ladies were very nice. I would stay there again.
Pros:

I loved the updated restrooms and the tiki bar located behind the property was very nice!! The breakfast was great I just wish it was a tad warmer.

Cons:

They have the AC turned off when you check in and it takes quite a while to cool your room off.

Cons:

The rooms can receive a touch up to make them more beautiful. On one side is a Bar-dancing, on weekends the extreme loud noise can be heard in the rooms on that side. The door opens with a card, it does not always work. When I did the booking I asked for a quiet room away from the bar. I received an email from Metro Hotel that it would be arranged. Upon arrival it was not arranged. I had to change rooms.

Pros:

The room was clean and I was able to swim.in the pool but it was being used for an evemt. The breakfast and the staff was okay

Cons:

The price you have here is different from.what I was told.. after i thought i completed the transaction here on the site they charged my card again at the front desk? Im not sure if I was chargee twice

Bett war gut zum Schlafen. Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich groß. Gutes Wlan. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Frühstücksdame ware sehr behilflich und freundlich.
