Pros:

The room was clean and I was able to swim.in the pool but it was being used for an evemt. The breakfast and the staff was okay

Cons:

The price you have here is different from.what I was told.. after i thought i completed the transaction here on the site they charged my card again at the front desk? Im not sure if I was chargee twice

Bett war gut zum Schlafen. Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich groß. Gutes Wlan. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Frühstücksdame ware sehr behilflich und freundlich.

Cons:

Wenn man eine Rechnung benötigt, gehen Sie nich in dieses Hotel.
Zimmer war stickig.

Stay at Metro Hotel Couva
Pros:

I like that it eas easy to communicate with most of the staff. The place was clean.
Breakfast was excellent but could have more choices in menu
Location was great. I could walk to most destination.

Cons:

I didn't like that the Friday Saturday and Sunday was extremely noisy from music coming from the club area
Client should be made area of that prior to completing registration May be a different room might of been better choice..

It was good could be improved.
Pros:

The staff were very hospitable. Breakfast always on time and very well done. The hotel room was very spacious and lovely. The decor in the lobby was beautiful.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room, was too big and way too noisy when turned on. Bath mats or maybe disposable slippers are needed to use in the shower. You should also try implementing a Netflix account for the TV. Better lighting is needed preferably around the mirrors for taking pictures.
