We loved to have an uncomplicated bed on a long car trip (right next to the best Pizzeria of Italy!;)

Pros:

Incredibly close to the Imola Circuit (Autodromo). Both sides of the aparment show a view to the track itself. We are F1 fans, loved it.
Even if there was no official event during our stay, we seen cars testing on track with great noise and seeing them fly-by.
During our stay we experienced no issues at all. Rooms clean, with AC.

Pros:

Self check-in until late, clear communication from the host.

Cons:

Ants in the room, bathroom not too fresh, creaky bed, very thin walls, location not great. Frankly, not worth the price

Posizione ottima, praticamente sopra il circuito di Imola e una Pizzeria molto buona attaccata alla struttura.
Letto super comodo e la comunicazione con lo staff ottima.

Vicinanza all'autodromo,

Cons:

La camera n7 è da evitare nel periodo estivo. Arrivato in camera alle 01.30 il muro interno alle spalle del.letto è una stufa causa passaggio canna fumaria della pizzeria al piano.terra. il climatizzatore non è adeguato al calore che emette! È stato difficile dormire! Umo dei cuscini in dotazione era pieno di buche all'interno! Avrei preferito essere avvisato prima della situazione in modo di essermi organizzato! La gentilezza della ragazza delle pulizie mi ha convinto a non incorrere a contestazioni! Brutta esperienza
