Pros:

Housekeeping was a bit slack,
. They didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee even though they made the bed.
We had to park in the street one night because there was supposed to be some sort of event using the parking lot. The next morning when we were checking out, the lot was still blocked off and no signs of said event!?

Location, property and staff are all outstanding.
Pros:

The location within in town is perfect. it is right in the middle of everything - shops, restaurants, etc.
The bed was very comfortable - it was hard to get out of! The shower and water pressure were outstanding.

Cons:

The "optional" charges on my bill (that I did not see until after I left town). They are for the "Community Support Fund" and "Averill Foundation Contribution". I do not know what they are nor was I asked if I would like to contribute to these "optional" funds.

A total disgrace never to be repeated
Pros:

The property was extremely poor , my room was not cleaned and I strongly complained however nobody had the professionalism to speak with me , it was one of the worst hotels I had stayed at on my travels around the world and would never recommend this hotel

Cons:

Service was terrible
No cleaning of room simply placed new towels in bedroom we were out for 11 hours in glacier park and on return to our room as we left it

Bed and pillows were lumpy.

We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub, and the view. It’s a shame they don’t have a mini bar up there. It seems to go unused.
