It was all great except there is no elevator.
Pros:

Everything was fine except there was no elevator.We all have big luggage and travel from NC anyway it was my fault i did not research about the facilities i was excited there was playground for kids.

Estadia perfeita no Magic Moment, atendimento excepcional, experiência 1000 de 10 !!!
Pros:

Minha experiência foi simplesmente maravilhosa. Eu e minha família ficamos 17 dias no hotel e fomos muito bem acolhidos do início ao fim. O atendimento é 1000 de 10, de verdade, equipe atenciosa, carinhosa e sempre pronta para ajudar.
Tive duas situações durante a estadia em que precisei de ajuda, e nas duas fui atendida com muito cuidado e atenção. Me senti acolhida e segura, foi um atendimento que realmente me marcou.
Já estive em Orlando outras vezes e já fiquei em hotéis muito recomendados por brasileiros. Sempre tive boas experiências, mas nenhum deles superou o que vivi no Magic Moment.
O hotel é perfeito para quem vai com criança. Tem várias atividades, personagens no café da manhã (Minions, Mickey, Minnie, Homem-Aranha) e uma piscina maravilhosa, inclusive aquecida.
A estrutura ajuda muito: tem máquina de gelo gratuita, micro-ondas liberado, máquinas de snacks e bebidas, lavanderia e uma recepção que vende itens básicos caso precise de algo.
A limpeza é impecável. Toalhas e roupas de cama muito limpas, cheirosas, de qualidade. Travesseiros confortáveis e chuveiro muito bom.
A localização é excelente: ao lado de Dollar Tree e IHOP, pertinho de Walgreens, Olive Garden, Chick-fil-A, Red Lobster, Waffle House, além de mercados como o Aldi super pertinho (dá até pra ir a pé) e Walmart há 5 minutos do hotel de carro. Também fica a cerca de 10 a 15 minutos dos parques da Walt Disney World e perto de lojas como Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls e TJ Maxx.
Outro ponto que fez diferença foi o clima do hotel, muito leve e alegre. Tem um funcionário no café da manhã (não sei o nome) que recebe todo mundo com tanta muita alegria que já começamos o dia no clima da Disney.
O custo-benefício é muito bom, vale muito a pena.
Resumo: experiência 1000 de 10. Hotel maravilhoso, recomendo demais, principalmente para famílias com crianças.

Lo que mas me gusto del desayuno son los Mickey waffles, hay muchos niños ya que cuentan con muchas opciones para su entretenimiento y la habitacion como daba a la piscina no era muy tranquila pero no nos molesto, a la noche se descansa bien. Todo su personal es super atento
