Bon accueil et fin de séjour (bagae) désagréable
Pros:

- L'endroit, proche de la gare et station metro/tram/bus
- L'accueil: permanence
- Petit déjeuner: basique mais suffisant

Cons:

La consigne du bagage: nous avions prévenu un des employés que nous viendrions chercher notre valise a une certaine heure. Une fois devant la porte, pas de réponse, pareil en essayant de téléphoner.
En sonnant à chaque appartement, nous avons enfin quelqu'un qui nous a ouvert. Lorsque nous avons récupéré le bagage, nous avons vu l'employé avec son portable, en communication privée.
Dommage pour cet événement qui a dénaturé ma note

Welcome was good eventhough we arrived at 2300.
Pros:

Welcome was OK even though we arrived at 2300. Check-in was good and room comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast basic but again enough to start the day.
The nightmare happened after the checkout. We left our bagage there during the day and informed the employee that we will pick it up around 3pm.
Once in front of the main door, we rang both bells, we called reception. No answer! As we were in a hurry, we rang all other apartments to have a chance opening the door. We were quite lucky!
Once we collected our bagage we discovered the employee, busy with a private call, apparently surprised to see us.
That is a real pity!

Pros:

colazione pessima, niente da scegliere, mi hanno servito una merendina imbustata e 4 fette biscottate (nemmeno imbustate) che probabilmente erano avanzati da un altro tavolo. area colazioni veramente indescrivibile, 4 tavoli attaccati in 2mq.

Cons:

diciamo tutto, tv non funzionante, bagno nuovo ma con cattivo odore di fogna, colazione voto 0

Pros:

Super hotel niedaleko dworca Termini. Dobra cena, typowo włoskie śniadanie, to już mój 5 raz w tym hotelu. Miły, pomocny pracownik Stas, super właścicielka Miriam.
