Lo staff. Buon servizio di pulizia e personale molto cordiale.

Cons:

Accesso difficile sia alla struttura che alle stanze (scale ripide con gradini molto stretti).
Contesto purtroppo eccessivamente condizionato dalla zona urbana in declino.
In stanza diversi difetti/problemi che incidono purtroppo sul confort generale: tavoloccia wc rotta, telefono per comunicazione con reception non funzionante, alcune pecche sulla manutenzione dei muri.
Spa con illuminazione insufficiente, candele spente, acqua mancante.

The location is very central, but maybe to central. We arrived after dark. The taxi dropped us off several blocks away because the hotel was in a pedestian zone. We tried to find with Google maps and asked several people in the area where it was. Even standing directly in front of the hotel we did not notice the sign and there was not an obvious door. Get very specific instructions before you go.

Cons:

The breakfast was very ample. Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was typical Italy, hard to keep water off the floor.

Pros:

Central location is hard to beat. And the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Whoever owns this hotel seems not to care about the disrepair. Stained chairs, mold on the ceiling, dirty curtains, broken floors, unstable and rusty bathroom appliances, scuffed walls … everywhere you look, you will notice a problem. And while we were there, the rooftop was closed, so no outdoor breakfast. We were told it was because of rain damage, but this just suggests not enough attention was given to protection (it’s a roof terrace … it’s going to get rained on and will need protection). The USB ports next the bed did not work either. You expect somewhat lower quality in Sicily, but this was excessive and made the price paid seem excessive. Recommend you look elsewhere until you read that the rooftop is open and the rooms have been repaired and refurbished.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait et chambres confortables . Personnel sympathique

Cons:

Le roof top n'était pas accessible pour travaux et nous n'avions pas été prévenus ; Les petits déjeuners étaient donc servis dans une pièce exigüe . De plus nous n'avons pu avoir les petits déjeuners le jour de notre départ car l'horaire de service était 7h30 et devions partir à 7h15 ,donc payés mais pas consommés . Egalement à déplorer le hall d'accueil minuscule et aucune pièce pour se réunir , comme un lounge ou un bar .

This is not a luxury hotel, do not stay here.
Pros:

The staff here are really friendly and the room and bathroom is extremely spacious. It is very near the Duomo but there are other much nicer places to stay at for the price.

Cons:

This is definitely not a luxury hotel. It is very overpriced and I still feel robbed. It is extremely outdated and needs refurbishment. Even just a coat of paint will somewhat help to renew the space. The beds and pillows are awful. The windows are not soundproof and you are kept up all night from the parties happening in the restaurants opposite.
