Jogeshwar and his room cleaning group were awesome we stayed for 15 days they treated us like family also nitesh F& B and all the chefs made our food as we were a cricket team according to an athlete diet the food was awesome the chefs very co operating and all the dining staff thank u to all the taj vivanta guwahati and my car driver safdur made our stay outstanding thank you once again and especially valentine day

I stayed there with my 2.5 year old baby. A special thanks to Pradeep Mandal, Srishti, Elizabeth and Saurabh for making our stay comfortable and amazing. They took care of our all the needs very well

Vivanta hotel food is very tasty and restaurent service also good,thanks to Nishant and Nisha for your restaurent superb service. Front office service needs to improve. Rest all Good.

There is nothing like other Vivanta properties.
It's not a 5 star property.
Room we got had wear and tear.
Cleanliness is an issue.
Buffet breakfast is really average.
Food really needs to improve.
Only location is good.

I came to this property after 3-4 years as it is far from airport.. property is not well maintained and have signs of ageing in such a short span.

Room offered to me had a bad smell and post complaining they sprayed fragrance but in my two day stay it never went.

Housekeeping was well below average.. did not find many things like handgers, bathroom cup holders.. bed and linen has aged and did not had freshness.. tea kettle had water from last guest perhaps.. disappointing

Food spread and taste was good.

I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience.

The food quality was subpar and lacked flavor. The service was slow and inattentive. In-room dining was a nightmare and no one seemed to pick up the phone, I had to call reception everytime and when they did cll, orders were delayed or forgotten.

Experinces in the coffee shop was also similar.

Infact we were cursing why did we opt for this hotel.

Overall, my stay was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend your hotel to anyone.

I prefer to stay at Vivanta whenever I visit guwahati, Top notch amenities and attentive and Friendly staff. I must mention about the delicious food also.
I don't remember all the staff names, reception staff Dixita , was quite helpful and patient, also all the in room dining staffs were very good and professional.

Convenient location with great hillside view. The property is very well maintained, food is great & staff is courteous.

Rooms are nice & spacious.

Had a wonderful stay with excellent food and very comfortable, well-maintained rooms. The hospitality was truly impressive. Special thanks to Rahul and Palash from the Vivanta Guwahati team for their warm support and outstanding service, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended.

Excellent all round. The food was delicious and varied. The staff members were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

As usual it was a very comfortable stay. However the quality of fruits served in breakfast can be improved. Located in Guwahati, you are the gateway to NE and stil you select watermelons to be served for breakfast in January !!! Why ? If you really want to celebrate the spirit of Assam (or the NE) do include food choices (not only cooked) but also fruits from the region.

I really enjoyed the services received by Vivanta by Taj Guwahati,starting from food to staff behavior to room comfort, everything was just excellent

Arrival experience was terrible especially the front desk lady staff was not helpful.we were assigned a terrible room and after checking a couple of rooms we finally settled in one. Towels were so dated and grey in color . Didn’t even feel like using it . Restaurant seven is not organized well and food is just average. Nothing to look forward to. I have had all the 3 meals and everything failed to live up to Taj standards.During check out the same lady at the reception were so biased that she made us wait for so long inspite of requesting to keep the bill ready in advance. We almost missed our flight. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It failed to keep up the Taj standards

It was a memorable experience for all of us.
The G. M. of this hotel Mr Jayanta Das is a super host and leads from the front. His personalized service left a lasting impression on us. He walked the extra mile to see that me and my family were taken care of very well. Totally devoted to his job of customer satisfaction and sets an idea example for his whole team. Second in line Mr Himanshu Yadav walks in the footsteps of his captain. He was there all the time for us whenever we needed him. He also took very good care of us. Our check in to this property was handled by F. O. incharge Triyash who greeted us with a very warm welcome and a smile and guided us to our room. He made our check in Super Smooth. Loknath F&B took very good care of us and attented to all our requests immediately with a smile. A big thanks to Chef Sayantan and Chef Asim for preparing the most delicious food for us all the time and attending to us personally. They made sure that we were well fed with different delicacies and our stomachs were full all the time. Thanks to Chef Sudesh and Chef Rohit also for taking care of us. Special mention has to be made of Himanshu, Nitesh, Dawa, Sushmita, Biswajit and Bikas in the restaurant. In room dining Aakash Das attended to all our requirements with a smile.
Housekeeping in charge Sumita ably assisted by Nipen, Manoj, Gunjar, Rabha, Alok and Partho kept our room soanking clean and always done up. They used to decorate our room everyday because it was my birthday.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was extremely attentive. There were some delays in checking in and checking out so perhaps smoothing out the process might be a good idea. The food was excellent. The choice of light colored carpet in the hallways unfortunately show glaringly obvious stains. We appreciated the air purifiers. This stay was towards the end of our trip and we appreciated the comfort, food, and spa.

Mr Michael , mr samin thank you so much I guyzzz I am truly grateful that you returned my favorite bracelet which accidentally went with my clothes to the laundry. I probably didn't notice it when I gave the clothes.

Getting it back brought me great relief and was a pleasant surprise. Thank you very much for your honesty and for taking the time to notice and return it.
