Losing its touch due to poor service team
Cons:

I had requested for early check in to which there was no response even more than 48 hours later when i reached the hotel. Whats worse is they delayed the check-in even more than the actual check in time mentioned in the listing that is 2pm, by the time i was in the room it was almost 3pm (i had requested checkin of 12) the staff were clueless abd infact not helpful at all and quiet rude.

I liked the stay initially thinking its Taj property - breakfast was good but rooms were smelling.
Pros:

Location was 45 mins away from Kamakhya temple. It is located in good surroundings.

Cons:

Due to humidity in the city i guess, the room was damp. smelling weird.

The bathroom.., was really bad … the Tub is so small and clumsy that even a normal size adult cannot get in and get out comfortably…. And there is no cubicle … so no other place to take a bath…, never expected such a major ergonomic flaw at Vivanta

Cons:

I checked out from Room 630 on 14th July. The lady who checked me out didn’t provide me immediately with my GST invoice. She assured me that the invoice will be mailed to me at my email id very soon. Having not received the invoice I reminded the management in the evening and was assured that the same will be mailed to me within next 5 minutes. I have not received the invoice yet after the lapse of 20 hours. Please help me get the invoice mailed to me immediately
