Pros:

The location is great. Really good value for money. The room was big and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great. Nice! Warm friendly, welcome. Buy the staff.

Smashing hotel with great staff
Pros:

Hotel was warm and well decorated although some bathroom look tired and would benefit from an upgrade. Plenty of tea, coffee,, bottled water and complimentary mints. The bed was very comfortable and plenty free parking. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were pleasant and welcoming

Cons:

Toilet was tired with cracked floor tiles and shower cubicle not much room for a larger person to manoeuvre.

Okay for a stop over
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Bar hours and adequate information we were told nearest bar was 10 to 15 mins walk into town italian restaurant not far plenty of takeaways close by yet we found a bar which did food the opposite way then told and minutes away

Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and efficient!
Pros:

Staff were so friendly, couldn’t do enough for you, room was clean and well presented, and breakfast service was exceptional, would recommend.

Cons:

Happy with my stay, no complaints.

Great value for money, highly recommended
Pros:

Location was great, free parking on site was really good. Decent size room, a bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of choice, staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Only things were a really hard bed which did affect our sleep and the bar wasn't open

Easy to find the hotel good location not far from centre, enjoyed my stay and will return.
Pros:

Room was spacious, quiet and pleasant stay. Friendly staff.

Cons:

I found the mattered was too hard for me.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and staff at breakdast very helpful.

Cons:

Despite an email saying reception would be open, it wasnt - took 20 minutes to check in as the guy on the phone had a "bad signal") and wasnt sure what key i shoukd select from the drawer in the desk (which must also be a security risk).
The shower stream also fluctuated between a dribble and a jet stream.

The room was comfortable and provided what we needed for an overnight stay
Pros:

Enjoyed breakfast, plenty of choice

Cons:

I didn’t have a good nights sleep. Could hear noise from room on left, people with loud voices and banging noise which felt it was from something loose in the ceiling or radiator

Pros:

Good location. Hotel lovely.

Cons:

Didn’t use parking as family stay nearby. Brought our car round to pack on leaving the property and now have received a parking fine for £60 pounds if paid within 14 days if not paid within the time it will be £100. Disgusting.
