Alan and Lesley are lovely hosts
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice
Good choices and plenty to eat.
Lesley cooked Diane's gluten free food
Thank you very much

Cons:

Shower not very powerful , but the room is at the top of the building, so low water pressure.

Would have liked bigger quilt and bed covers

Pros:

Really nice little guest house in great location for a stay in Skegness, within a stones throw of the promenade and main strip. Really friendly owners and atmosphere. Tasty breakfast.

Value for money very cosy comfortable B+B with friendly owners that made all there guests very welco

Alan and Leslie that own clarence house were very friendly and were always around for there guests day or night Leslie did an amazing job with the breakfasts and were very tasty and all well cooked with quality ingredients Alan was front of house in the mornings with pots of tea and chatting with all the guests making sure we had everything we needed rooms were well stocked for tea and coffee making facilities aswell and bedrooms were spacious with very comfy beds and plenty of room in the showers would definatley recommend this bed and breakfast house to anyone as was great value for money and will be booking with them again when visiting skegness

I don't have a bad word to say about clarence house it was clean comfortable and there was nothing myself or my mum didn't like about it or the owners Alan and Lesley
