Localização boa, mas café da manhã deixou a desejar.
Pros:

A experiência do café da manhã foi ruim, pois atrasaram muito para servir (mais de 1h do horário previsto), e não explicaram direito como funcionava, pois estavam montando um buffet, mas para a gente somente deram algumas opções de pratos prontos para pedir. E quando foram chegando outros hóspedes para o café da manhã, estes pegavam diretamente da mesa de buffet. Então ficamos sem entender porque fomos os únicos a ter tratamento diferente (pq fomos os primeiros a chegar e esperar a servirem???).

Cons:

A localização é bem boa, perto do lago e com acesso fácil, além de ter piscina. Um outro ponto importante é ter estacionamento, já que fica perto do centro e é bem difícil estacionar por lá, então é possível deixar o carro no hotel e ir a pé conhecer os lugares mais próximos.

Buen lugar y confortable
Pros:

Cuenta con buena ubicación en Valle de Bravo, el desayuno está rico y te atienden bien.
Las Instalaciones están en buen estado y las habitaciones son cómodas
La alberca luce con la iluminación que tiene y la vista al lago es agradable

Cons:

Hay que aplicarse en la limpieza del jacuzzi y lo único que no me gustó es que después de tu estancia NO TE PERMITEN DEJAR TU VEHÍCULO EN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO.

Me la pase bien pero puede ser mucho mejor

Los alimentos y el servicio del personal fue excelente, muy atentos y educados, una bendicion la ubicacion y poder caminar al centro

Cons:

Falta mucho mantenimiento , pintura , humedades, regaderas tapadas, misquiteros rotos, ventanas que no abren, y puertas igual, pintura a la alberca y climatizarla, ya que el agua esta helada, el jacuzzi de la terraza alta solo sale agua caliente no sirve el sistema de burbujas y masaje, los colchones ya estan muy viejos y no descansa uno muy bien, se hunden en el centro

Pros:

La estancia fue muy comoda pequeños detalles pero no afectaron mi comodidad como una mejor chapa en la puerta, en la mejor suite deberia de haber frigobar pero quitando estos dos inconvenientes el lugar es bastante agradable y la comida muy rica preparada al momento. Espero regresar pronto
