Very convenient and easy to get around. Lots of things to do.

Veldig hyggelig ansatte, grei frokost også har dem den beste senga jeg har ligget i i Asia hittill.

Weekend stay in town,big rooms and comfortable beds.We loved the breakfast and also the bar on the 10th floor.
The staff are excellent.
We will return next year.

I think the place needs a little TLC soon. We had a few minor issues with the room, but luckily I was able to fix one myself. The other one was taken care of by a friendly maintenance man who was super quick and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience!

For the price it is acceptable. The staff were excellent and willing to help with any questions I had. The hotel itself is dated and needs to be updated. I’ll return to this hotel though.

The PloyPalace was a nice rest stop after a long trip! Comfortable, clean, with good food!

The word Palace in the name is a joke. The pool is surrounded by dilapidated chairs, in full sun without umbrellas or anything else. Very very unmaintained property.

Beliggenhet greit. Frokost var ikke helt beregnet for utlendinger. Gammelt og litt slitt hotel men greit nok.

Greit hotell til grei pris. Vi fikk oppgradert rom uten å spørre om det eller vite hvorfor. Hyggelig betjening. Lite men greit bassengområde. Frokosten var ok. Om vi reiser til Mukdahan igjen, ønsker vi nok å bo nærmere elva. Alt i alt et greit hotell

Good Staffs and near attractions in Mukdahan Province

Along with Mukdahan Grand Hotel the best in town. However, older, and typical Isaan hotel. Would stay again if/when in town.

Comfortable but cleanness is needed to improve especially buffet breakfast

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable along with the pillows. Large room with plenty of space. Internet worked very well. The staff in this hotel were fantastic. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean with lots of space and the bed and pillows were very good. All of the staff at this hotel are so nice. I would for sure recommend this hotel. Internet is also good along with a nice buffet breakfast. In addition the bus station is just a kilometer away if you want to take the bus to Laos which is just a few kilometers away. Enjoy

Very nice hotel, Only 1 little fault at breakfast having coffee before food went to get breakfast they take my coffee that's left eat some food go for another coffee then my breakfast taken. Decided get another breakfast get coffee again take both to table at same time and guard. But not selection for European.

Stayed 1 night while doing a visa run to Laos. The hotel was very comfortable by Thai and Isan standards. The hotel is a bit dated but had very good service (only the manager spoke English), comfortable beds, newspaper, fruit plate, reasonably priced mini bar, fresh flowers, good swimming pool, much better than expected breakfast, and was not far from the Riverfront and Indochina market nor the nearby night market with food and shopping (walking distance). Downsides would be that the internet was quite slow at times, not much English was spoken in the hotel, Thai and Chinese TV, and as mentioned a bit dated. I had a Deluxe Double Room on a higher floor and was not disappointed.
