Pros:

It was a good stay, however it would have been better if complimentary accommodation was made available for drivers, especially in the winter. Having driven long distance, the drivers deserve a good rest without worry about costing the employers extra charge.

Great place to stay
Pros:

This is a great hotel that was enjoyed by our entire family. We booked the two-story family room, which gave the kids their own space upstairs. The balcony had a great view of the mountains.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The restaurant was clean and served good food.

The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging tours and taxis as well as being very polite and friendly.

The restaurant served mostly Indian food, which was fine.

Most of the restaurants in the area were closed as it was not high season.

Good service hospitality hotel.
Pros:

Hotel location is 5-10 minutes from Manali walking street. Room is big. Hotel staffs are helpful, friendly and professional. They were attentive and well trained. They really made our stay more pleasant.

The hotel is excellent in every respect. The only drawback is it's distance from Mall Road.
