Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and polite Restaurant food including breakfast was nice
The only thing which let it down was bathroom which did not have a proper shower and the tub left no space for standing at the sink

Pros:

A very beautiful hotel located within the talking distance to Amir Temur Mausoleum.
There’s an amazing rooftop facing the site and all the facilities are amazing.
Had a lovely breakfast included in the price, staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I felt so welcomed.
Highly recommended!

Absolutely excellent accommodation in excellent location with a view of the dome of Tamerlane's mausoleum. Amazing terrace and inner courtyard. Sophisticated interior design. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Otherwise, the waiter, who was very nice and helpful overall, served my wife a bottle of "Chardonnay Bagizagan (export)" wine on the terrace instead of the "Peri Bagizagan" wine we had ordered. In other words, he served a lower-quality wine that is cheaper in stores — and repeatedly claimed that it was Peri.

Pros:

Nice hotel, with excellent service, but avoid the restaurant, by all means. It took more than 3 hours to have dinner and food was just ok. Also , it was the most expensive meal we had in Samrkande by far.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, di una eleganza di altri tempi. Colazione abbondante

Cons:

Gli asciugamani sono ruvidi, quando ho voluto pagare con la carta mi hanno fatto pagare con un cambio maggiorato, secondo il tasso “della loro banca”, senza avvisarmi prima (così ho finito per pagare 10€ in più rispetto al cambio reale). In generale trovo che il prezzo della stanza sia davvero alto, per quello che offre, rapportato all’offerta di altri alberghi in Uzbekistan

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful. The garden courtyard was a great place for breakfast. The hotel is in a good location - just 10 min walk to main sights.

グル・アミール廟近くの道を少し入ったところにあるガーデンを観ながら朝食が取れる静かな場所にあります。最初来る時は場所が少し分かりにくいです。スタッフのJONさんにはシャフリサーブスに行く時に、色々助けてもらい、とてもありがたかったです。
