Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare Ferrara, a pochi passi dal centro, vicinissimo al Palazzo dei Diamanti.
L'atmosfera è gradevole, dolce, romantica. Il personale gentilissimo , disponibile e cordiale. Molto apprezzata la colazione dolce e salata.

Cons:

Tutto benissimo.
Volendo proprio cercare qualcosa di migliorabile, direi la temperatura della stanza: un po' troppo calda, ma forse è soggettivo.

Ottima posizione, palazzo storico con arredi a tema.
Ottima la colazione, veramente molto buona sia la parte dolce che salata.

Pros:

Maximálna spokojnosť, seriózny a zodpovedný prístup, ďakujem a všetkým vrelo doporučujem ;). Osobitne chcem poďakovať recepčnej Khrystyne, ktorá je skutočná profesionálka a zvláda toho riadne veľa naraz :). Super raňajky, poloha, nádherne zachovalá história ;).

Pretty much i liked everything, they really have to maintain the Spa part.
Pros:

Nice style, room was very nice. Services was more than amazing, and staff is very nice.

Cons:

The Spa bathtub had cold water, the turkish sauna had a smell of rainy water, and the sauna it wasn’t hot in any way.
