Exceeded expectations, probably go again if they change the pillows.
Pros:

All staff excellent, food good, cocktails excellent, room lovely, overall very enjoyable stay. Our room was upgraded to deluxe and sea facing. Hotel responded to my messages.

Cons:

Only negative, but important, pillows very poor, obviously synthetic....they were uncomfortable. A shame as otherwise the room and bathroom were excellent.

On arrival I had a problem with my room,i spoke to reception and the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

great position beside the beach
Pros:

We had a lovely room, clean as a whistle, but no view. good bathroom.
Breakfast was very good and dinner good. staff all lovely. Great position and
a nice walk in town/Pier.

Cons:

your note on parking just states no parking... quite off-putting, as I have a Blue card. In reality, there is lots of easy
pay parking all around the hotel .... I would enhance your note re parking.

Wunderbare Lage mit Meerblick. Grosse, komfortable Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Essen war ok. Zum Frühstück gab es eine grosse Auswahl. Ich hätte mir für so ein tolles Hotel etwas besseres Essen gewünscht.

Hoffe, das die Betreiber bald die Aussenfassade auch noch so schön renovieren wie das Innere des Hotels.

Loved the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Loved the breakfast and the porridge. Lots of Gluten free options too. Great views and loved the interiors.
