Nice. Clean. Quiet. On river with sidewalk, sunset walk was nice. Had king bed-balcony room and bed was firm but not hard.

Cons:

Parking lot didn't have any room for trailer parking. Felt bad and took up 3 spots. Balcony had no light.

The best place in Rock Falls by far
Pros:

The best hotel in the Rock Falls /Sterling area. The facilities were very clean and the bed and pillows were excellent. Very nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room and 24 hour coffee and hot water in the breakfast area. Ample parking. Our room had a shower only, fine for us but if wanting a bathtub make sure to check the room description. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

It is unfortunate that a hotel of this standard did not put in better windows. We faced the "city" and motorcycles gunning up and down the road Saturday night was a bit of an issue. Go for the river side if you want a peaceful nights sleep.

In town for my nieces baby shower. Thankful that the hotel was the perfect place to stay

Staff was very friendly, professional and informative. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet. Breakfast was amazing. One of my favorite hotels.

Great place!
Pros:

We booked several rooms here for a family funeral in Rock Falls. We could not have been more pleased with everything about it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool was warm and clean, and they even worked with us to give us the meeting room area to have a family dinner! The breakfast was plentiful and tasty... with something for everyone in our group... ages 2-87! The staff went above and beyond to make our entire family group welcome and comfortable! Highly recommend staying here!!

Great hotel! Clean and great location!
Pros:

I had an excellent stay here after having to leave another hotel because it had mold in the a/c unit and several other issues.

This Holiday Inn Express is located on the river, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice and spotless. Lots of outlets for charging your devices. I’ll definitely stay here the next time I’m in the area.

Rachel at the front desk, who was covering for a coworker to see their kids play/musical was honestly the nicest person I've ever dealt with, at any hotel. She was pleasant, kind, and funny. She set the tone for our entire stay. Thank you so much and I hope we got her name right. It was Friday morning/lunch time. The breakfast was very well stocked and delicious. Loved the fresh ground coffee too. Overall, just an awesome experience.

Cons:

Honestly couldn't find anything wrong with the stay. Would be nice if there was a hot tub, other than that everything was perfect.
