Pros:

Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y limpias. La verdad del personal los más agradable fueron los meseros del restaurante.

Cons:

El elevador no funcionó 2 de los días que estuvimos ahí, el detalle es que llevábamos a una persona operada de la rodilla. No dejaron la cantidad adecuada de toallas en la habitación, la llave se acceso se desactivaba casi diario, una de las toallas tenía una ligera mancha al entregar la habitación y me estuvieron cuestionando de que era la mancha en el lobby, las toallas tenían un muy fuerte olor a cloro.

el desayuno estuvo bueno y a tiempo

Cons:

No hubo agua caliente solo tibia el dia anteriro y al siguiente dia, ojala mejore, esperamos mucho se desperdicio mucho el agua y aun asi no salio caliente y con el frio no es confortable.
