The staff was friendly

Cons:

The room we were in was very loud..the heating or air-conditioner on the roof was very loud.. we had a lousy sleep.

Pros:

The guest room suited its purpose for our short stay, small rooms. The bathroom needs repairs, toilet didn’t refill and the tub had a slash in the bottom. But the room was clean and quick walk to Sasktel Centre.

Pros:

The mattress was great.

Cons:

couldn't set the temperature at our comfortable cool temperature 68F for sleeping. Kept waking up hot. Also, there was a mould ring around the tub drain.

Pros:

No usb plug ins. And to reach the plug I had to get on my hands and knees to plug in my phone charger. Breakfast’ was very weak. Only muffins. No bedside lamps.

Pros:

All about location. Can walk 5 minutes to Sasktel arena for events.

Cons:

Don’t stay in lower level rooms. You won’t ever open curtains. Cars are parked facing the window.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The actual room had a weird smell and it was very noisy and you can hear people talking at the front for most of the night.

Pros:

The hotel is within easy walking distance of SaskTel Centre, making it very convenient for events like the one we attended. Also, I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. We had an AC issue in our room, so we were moved to a larger room with a full kitchenette. It was a wonderful upgrade, and much appreciated.
