Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, przestronne pokoje, rewelacyjne sniadania, bardzo miła obsługa. Bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżko.

Very good stay! Well worth a booking!
Pros:

Location near the waterfront was great for sightseeing and with easy to reach food

Room was large and the linens and toiletries were very nice

Staff were pleasant and easy to talk to as well

Cons:

There is a faint 'old timey hotel' smell about the place but it was not too overbearing although folks with sensitive noses might want to take note of it

The lighting is also a bit on the dimmer side so may not be suitable for everyone

There are also too few elevators for the number of guests and visitors given that the hotel is frequently used for big events

Een aanrader in Kuching
Pros:

Fantastisch hotel voor de prijs.
Het hotel wordt op het moment gemoderniseerd dus overdag hoor je hier een klein beetje van als je pech hebt.
Na 18.00 is het stil en de kamers zijn zeer rustig.
Hebben een geweldig fijn bed, zeer fijne douche en zijn erg ruim
Het ontbijt is echt fenomenaal, veel keuze uit verschillende werelddelen en alles erg smaakvol.
Aan het hotel grenst het Merdeka winkelcentrum welke vanaf de begane grond, en de 4e etage te bereiken is, vanaf hier loop je het food court in van het winkelcentrum.
De locatie is zeer centraal, tegen china town aan en op een paar minuutjes lopen van de rivier.
Als wij weer in Kuching zijn weten we welk hotel we boeken!

Perfect location in Kuching
Pros:

Excellent location overlooking the waterfront parliament in the old heart of town. We had a spacious clean room .welcoming friendly staff, amazing huge selection of food for breakfast something for everyone.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Ακριβώς στο κέντρο, όλα τα σημαντικά σημεία της πόλης βρίσκονται τόσο κοντά που είτε είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια είτε με ταξί με μικρό κόστος και σε σύντομο χρόνο. Το πρωινό είναι υψηλής ποιότητας, περιέχει πληθώρα γεύσεων και επιλογών και ποικίλλει κάθε ημέρα. Το προσωπικό είναι καταρτισμένο, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει και να επιιλύσει προβλήματα.

Cons:

Κανένα από τα πιάτα που προσφέρονται στην executive lounge δεν είναι vegetarian. Όταν το επεσήμανα όμως, φρόντισαν κάθε ημέρα να μου φέρνουν ένα vegetarian πιάτο από το εστιατόριο. Αυτό αποτελεί απόδειξη επαγγελματισμού και σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη.

Perfect place to stay in Kuching.
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Great location in the heart of Kuching. Easy walk to the river boardwalk. Many great restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is impeccable. We left a pair of pants behind and they contacted us with pictures. The breakfast buffet is tremendous with numerous choices of foods from different cultures. Rooms are well air conditioned, great shower, very clean.

Nice river view, amazing breakfast
Pros:

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. Excellent location, you can walk to all attractions. We chose a room with a river view and it was worth it - the view was nice and we could see the fountains in the evening (though on 5th floor the view is not as good as on higher floors). Breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options and variations from day to day.

Cons:

The hotel is carrying out renovation works (you are informed about it after booking) - but the noise is only during working hours on weekdays, so it is manageable. For our stay, we only heard some noise on Monday morning, it wasn't too bad.
The hand soap ran out, we asked reception to fill it in but they never did.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Excellent customer service. Most accomodative towards request for last minute guest. Srategic & convenient location nearby to the mosque, tourist attractions and linked next to the shopping mall. All within walking distance. Food selections are superb!
