Huippuhyvä aamupala. Vaikka hotellilla on keskeinen sijainti, yöllä oli hiljaista ja rauhallista. Oli myös kiva yllätys, että hotelli sijaitsee kauppakeskuksen yhteydessä.
Uima-altaassa myös viihdyimme sekä mieheni kävi altaan yhteydessä olevassa saunassa.
View from hotel was fantastic. Breakfast had very good variety.
Pool med fantastisk utsikt, väldigt bra frukost. Åt även middag i restaurangen en kväll och det var mycket gott och prisvärt. Rymligt och bekvämt rum med utsikt. Toppenläge för att utforska stan och göra utflykter runtom.
AC:n kunde varit mer effektiv, det var ganska varmt på rummet. Ofta lång väntan på hissarna som bara var tre. Väldigt få solstolar vid poolen. Restaurangen serverar ingen alkohol men det finns en liten bar vid poolen.
Staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Room was very clean and spacious. The club lounge was comfortable with an adequate choice of drinks. Location looking over the Astana river, bridge and administration building was very nice, particularly when lit up at night.
Choice of food in the club lounge could have been better quality and more choice (compared to others we have stayed in). Even though we were on a high floor it was very noisy at night, particularly at the weekend - constant sound of motor bikes revving engines until early hours of the morning. Single glazed windows don't help.

The location is superb with a great view of the river. The staff are friendly. There is even an in-house mascot ginger cat (what’s there not to love?!)
The lobby would benefit from more seats and the “premium” toilet should not be chargeable for hotel guests. Oddly, the weekend high-tea buffet was only available on selected Saturdays.

Great location, friendly team, excellent facilities all round.
Fantastic location handy to all the sights and the convenience of the shopping mall downstairs. The old town and river was right outside. Staff were friendly and room.was clean. We upgraded to a river view and were so glad we did. It was fantastic watching the light show each night. Stunning view from the swimming pool. Highly recommend this property.
Renovations were being carried out but this was fully disclosed at time of booking. We did hear work noises from above floor now and then. But it wasn't too bad.

Near to tourist attraction.
This hotel is perfectly located, with great connections to all the malls and attractions. It is my first choice every time I return to my hometown, Kuching.. verry confortable
The property was in excellent condition. It was noted when we had booked that there were some works being carried out. Please do not let this deter anyone from booking, this did not impact on our stay in anyway and we would have not of known any work was being carried out. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot in walking distance to cafes, boat cruise, market and much more. The staff were all fantastic particularly the pool area, which has the infinity pool with beautiful views. The food was amazing with great laksa and a breakfast buffet catering for every taste!. The staff were all polite, happy and went out of their way to help and greet you. Overall a fantastic stay and we hope to visit again soon.
