Pros:

The location is central to the main streets in Kuching

Una bellissima struttura nella miglior posizione della città. La camera ampia è completamente ristrutturata era meravigliosa., ma mia vista fiume riuscendo a vedere tutte le sere lo spettacolo della fontane A disposizione gratuitamente bottigliette d’acqua. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Senza dimenticare la colazione: che dire fantastica. In 30 giorni del mio viaggio in Malesia cappuccio e angolo dolci freschi come nelle migliori pasticceria d’Italia ( complimenti ai ragazzi)

Cons:

Unico neo la climatizzazione della camera … nonostante la impostavo ad una temperatura normale durante il mio soggiorno, quando uscivo e rientravo tornava sempre a 18 gradi ghiacciando la camera e ci volevano poi diverso tempo per riportarla alla normalità. Detto ma mai risolto.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, a un paso de todo. Personal amable. No desayunamos en el hotel, así que no puedo opinar, pero el precio me pareció caro para ser Malasia.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están reformadas, pero no muy bien insonorizadas. El resto del hotel no está antiguo. La zona de la piscina es oscura y muy pequeña. En general, me pareció que el precio del hotel estaba por encima de lo que ofrecía.

Pros:

Bellissima struttura in pieno centro. Servizio attento e cordiale. Colazione oltre ogni aspettativa. Piscina panoramica. Qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Fijn hotel voor 1 a 2 nachten
Pros:

Groot hotel in het centrum van Kuching. Fijn zwembad en een goede ligging. Een deel van de kamers is gerenoveerd en die zijn erg mooi, een deel kan zeker nog een renovatie gebruiken.

Cons:

De kamers op de 8e verdieping zijn nog niet gerenoveerd en kunnen zeker een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Verder hebben we weinig aan te merken.

Bellissimo hotel in posizione super centrale, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Kuching. Ottima colazione super varia e con tantissima offerta sia dolce sia salata e belle stanze (per risparmiare qualcosa abbiamo dormito nella stanza “base” senza vista, comunque consigliata). Staff molto gentile

La città è stata una piacevole sorpresa e anche le attrazioni da fare ma due notti sono più che sufficienti

Servizio da 5 stelle veramente ottimo.
Colazione molto varia e ricca.
Comodissima posizione in pieno centro.

Cons:

Piscina con molti bambini soprattutto asiatici che sono un po confusionari, quindi non è possibile rilassarsi e pochi sdrai.

Location was good, right beside the main waterfront area and the food streets, and there is a mall next to the hotel too. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom as well. It had everything we needed to unwind. We had a fantastic stay and would come back again!

Un piacevole soggiorno a Kuching, perla del Borneo
Pros:

Posizione centrale e con una vista sul lungofiume eccezionale. Camera spaziosa e bagno molto grande con la doccia walk in. Il letto molto comodo e per noi che abbiamo problemi di schiena, siamo stati molto comodi e ci siamo sempre svegliati senza dolori. Colazione stra assortiti e abbondante, dal dolce al salato, dal locale all'internzionale. Il cappuccino era top e per noi italiani è un must have! Personale gentile, accogliente e sorridente. Il centro commerciale al suo interno fornito di tutto il necessario tra cibo, abbigliamento e altro ne aumenta l'atteattività.

Cons:

Forse un pochino gli spazi ridotti per riporre i propri effetti personali, un piccolo armadio e un ripiano piccolo sotto al comodino.

Situació perfecte.
Pros:

La situació (més cèntrica impossible). Molts de bars i restaurants aprop.
Amplitud de l'habitació i del bany.
Berenar molt complet.
Personal molt amable.
Integrat a un centre comercial al que pots comprar coses que et fan falta.
Modern.

Cons:

Esperava una piscina exterior millor (és semi-coberta). Poques gandules . Incomoditat de que el menjador estigui a la 4 planta. Espera dels ascensors.

Pros:

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit freundlichem Personal.
Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und es gab Bauarbeiten während unseres Aufenthaltes.
Auch bezüglich des Wäscheservice hatten wir Diskussionen.

Wonderful staff with amazing hospitality!
The hotel is equipped with great facilities and amenities. Its proximity to the shopping complex & other tourists attractions is excellent.

We happened to come across the TWH Ever After Wedding Preview. Truly customer-oriented. We enjoyed the preview very much. Attended a dinner event at the hotel's hall which made our stay most convenient & memorable.

Food & beverages are superb with varieties of local and international choices.

Breezy check-in & out of the hotel.
Looking forward to my next stay.
