Great Stay at the Waterfront Hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent
Rooms were clean & spacious. Breakfast buffet was especually good, lots of choices.
Staff were helpful & professional,
great service. Check-in process was quick & easy.
Good communication from Hotel regarding an item I'd left in my room. Well done.
Full marks for an adorable cat in reception 😍

Cons:

TV networks connection was different in my room to my sister's room. It took a lot of time with various maintenance people before one of them explained that not all rooms had been upgraded to the new system (at least that is what I understood to be the case) I have to say I did find it frustrating

Would definitely stay here again if we return to Sarawak, so much history in this beautiful city 😊
Pros:

Stay here! The room & bathroom were huge, clean & well maintained, bed comfortable with all amenities provided for a pleasant stay. Bonus was having the shopping mall accessible internally from the Hotel lobby. The location of Waterfront Hotel in a colonial part of town (heritage site) was perfect and within a short walking distance (across the road) to the river from where boat tours leave and most attractions including side street cafes, restaurants & bars. The architecture & structure of the surrounding buildings from the pre-1800's was mesmerising & well preserved.

De locatie ,kamer

Cons:

Dat er snachts om half werken werden uitgevoerd in de mall erlangs met boren en hameren , wat namiddag ook was maar het personeel zei dat het om 18 uur gedaan zou zijn.
Niet dus.
Waarom geven ze kamers aan toeristen in die vleugel terwijl er nog genoeg vrij was .

Lovely
Pros:

I like the location, great for walking around, easy to reach almost everything in Kuching! Good restaurant, nice variety of food, clean and comfy rooms, good internet

Cons:

One small thing for me was the wait for checking in. I know I showed at a busy time, it was 5 minutes before official check-in time, but then was made to wait 1 and a half hours to get a room. That made the experience I had (which was overall great) a bit bitter
