Excellent Hotel that will meet your needs
Pros:

All facilities and food and beverages were excellent. All staff were came across was polite and friendly.

Great hotel, great location. Highly recommend!
Pros:

It was great, from the second we got out of the car. We were greeted with a warm welcome all the way to reception and escorted to our room. The staff were incredible all throughout and we loved our hotel room nice and spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing, it’s going through renovations so can’t wait to see how much more incredible it will turn out.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice; plenty of choices; good to have local Sarawak dishes, e.g. Mee Kolok & Laksa Sarawak.
The room was very clean and neat; the cleaners were friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location is spot-on; right in the middle of Kuching!

Cons:

We rented a car, & it can be a bit difficult to find a parking spot in the underground parking, as the hotel shares the lot with the plaza & there were many customers parking there. Nevertheless, we always find an empty parking space; since we are hotel guests, parking is free! So I'm not complaining much about this.

Pros:

The hotel was superb, great location, fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff was extremely nice. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We highly recommend!

Cons:

Perhaps the only remark is the size of the pool, but honestly Kuching has so many great program offer we did not want to spend time in the pool.

Sweet stay at Kuching waterfront.
Pros:

Hotel is located right in the city centre with all amenities nearby. Check in was fast and room was spacious. Breakfast was great with ample selections. So many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Getting Grab to anywhere in Kuching is cheap and easy. Hotel provides room service and bar is open till 12am. Highly recommended!
