Pulita, personale accogliente, in posizione centralissima e comoda (i tour organizzati passano sempre da qui per il pick-up), bella la camera con vista sul fiume

L’ascensore talvolta saltava dei piani e quindi un po’ lunga l’attesa, per il resto tutto benissimo

A wonderful hotel in the perfect location.
Pros:

Well located in Kuching with a view over the river and legislature building. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Cons:

The pool is covered and so was a bit chilly (small complaint though)

Not enough lifts for a hotel of its size. Took the stairs when I could but stairway was cluttered - not ideal for emergency exit situations.

Le petit dejeuner

Le non respect des horaires du check in. Nous sommes une famille avec 4 enfants et nos 2 chambres n'etaient pas pretes a l'arrivee apres un vol fatiguant. On nous a demande de quitter l'hotel jusqu a ce qu'on nous appelle. 2eme sejour a partir du 3 aout idem chambre non prete a 16h. Nos demandes de chambres en etage elevee n'ont pas ete respectees. Fermeture de la piscine a 19h donc difficile d'en profiter apres nos excursions. Temps d'attente aux ascenseurs penibles. Pas de bouteille d'eau dans le mini bar en arrivant. Pour un hotel de ce standing, ca fait cheap. Nous sommes extremement decus par le manque de consideration de notre famille. Nous avons tout de meme payes 10 nuits au total. Nous attendions beaucoup mieux.

A business trip turned into a holiday.
Pros:

Right from the start I was really well looked after with the staff doing everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The little touches like free pressing, chocolates at the end of the day, a really comfortable lounge area, and a view from the room which was just stunning made my stay really memorable. A big thank you to Mike and his team as he looked after everything - even booked a restaurant and got us the best table in the house! Really wonderful team. Thank you

What an amazing surprise upon checking-in being upgraded to King Suite (River View) due to the unavailability of my initial booking for a Premier Twin Room (River View) at the same rate. Indeed the Waterfront Hotel is truly exceptional in welcoming & accommodating her guests. Simply top-notch👍🏻

Enjoyed our stay very much as we could invite family members to occupy the extra bedroom. The Sarawak river view from our room was stunning with the colorful display of lights in the evening.

We got our request for a late check-out until 1pm as our function at the hall ended about that time. Very smooth check-out.

Highly recommended to those planning to stay in Kuching 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Pros:

Emplacement au top plein centre ville / le personnel est super agréable / les chambres sont spacieuses. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenue.

Cons:

Piscine à l’ombre l’après-midi avec beaucoup d’enfants et pas très chaude
