Excellent room and location right next to the main road. The staff was friendly and arranged for our 2 rooms to be side-by-side with connecting doors without us asking. Excellent swimming pool (though the water is freezing cold :). Good choice of breakfast available each morning to start the day. One thing that can be improved is the lock, which can be difficult to open at times.

It is a nice hotel with good functioning rooms and facilities; the morning buffet has a differing variety of food from day to day. However, we were appalled to see that the staff failed to provide housekeeping services and maintain room cleanliness. There were also mosquitoes and insects in the room. The night shift front counter staff is rude. It gives a poor first impression when we checked in!

No frills hotel that worked fine for us as a place to sleep and have a shower. Breakfast was very limited and consisted of cold fried eggs with ham/hot dogs and toast. They also had congee and some fruit. The room was clean and the bed comfy but don’t expect to enjoy a quiet evening watching tv in bed, as there are only 2 channels available in Thai only.

My family with an elderly mom enjoyed this resort which is located close to the attractions and places of interests.. The garden grounds and the reception were welcoming. We booked 2 rooms for a night. Our room was facing the swimming pool and was neat and cozy. Unfortunately there was no hot water for shower. The manager upgraded us to the private pool villa for that night. We were so pleasantly surprised and thrilled. The bed was great but the pillows were too soft. The breakfast area was small and crowded. The breakfast spread was limited with varieties of food. However, the service staff were attentive and friendly. We would love to come back again.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a tour of Khao Yai. It was centrally located to many of the tourist sites. Easy to access and a clean and comfortable hotel.

Best Hotel ever! everything was new clean, the room was so spacious, the breakfast was limited but the staff was so attentive keep checking on the food to make sure is okay. Staff was verrry helpful especially the girl, altho language wise we use google translate to converse with her, but she tried her best to help her sort our transport problems. We enjoy the stage very much, it deserve more ratings.

The hotel was great with its decorations and atmosphere, not so big with lovely garden, the swimming pool and the staffs were very friendly. However, the room ambience for this price rate was a bit expensive and the bathroom should have bathtub. If you want to enjoy the great nature of Khao Yai, this place could be one in your list.

I like the location of the hotel, it's a cozy little boutique hotel. The only thing I hate about the hotel is the shower. I turned to "hot" and waited for several minutes, the temperature doesn't change and I ended up with cold shower at night. We made a complain about it, and the staff came over and said it's working. Fine, my husband tried again, he had to wait several minutes after turning to "hot" to get the right temperature, and half way during the shower, the temperature suddenly drops again and he ended up having cold shower. It's disappointing. Btw, the bathroom is way too basic, compare the the design of the rest of the room. They could have do it better.
