Beautiful view by a lake, 10min from Lion Rock
Pros:

Beautiful view, peaceful area, very nice room

Cons:

Keep in mind that after 9pm it is very difficult to get a ride back to the hotel from the town, as it is quite remote and at night the elephants come to this area, almost no tuktuks or cars accept the rides

Pros:

Emplacement magnifique dans un environnement paradisiaque. Notre séjour ici a été très ressourçant. Le personnel est très convivial, la chambre était parfaite en tout point. Nous avons passé deux excellentes nuits et avons profité de la très belle piscine face au lac.
Nous avons eu la chance d’être sur classé pour une chambre avec balcon vu sur la piscine.
Certes le chemin pour l’hôtel est un peu chaotique et il est conseillé de ne ma l’emprunter à pieds une fois la nuit tombés (éléphants sauvages) mais nous avions pu lire cette information dans les avis donc ça ne nous as pas posé de soucis
Le petit déjeuné est bon et copieux. Les repas légèrement moins bon que ce que l’on peut trouver ailleurs mais c’était ok.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je vous conseil également de faire à pied le tour du lac, c’est une balade très agréable !

Ok hotel with a nightmarish access road!
Pros:

Nice architecture, friendly staff, reasonably clean rooms

Cons:

Access road! Utterly horrible clay road with millions of muddy potholes! Quite a bumpy and time-consuming drive. Will never come back until they seal the road!

Pros:

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the hotel. We truly loved the beautiful surroundings, especially the stunning landscape view overlooking the lake. The atmosphere was quiet, calm, and very relaxing — perfect for anyone looking to escape and unwind.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Kalpani and Ms. Waruni for their humble and attentive service.

Top verblijf!
Pros:

Wewa Addara Hotel is een super fijne, mooie, schone en relaxte plek. We voelden ons gelijk helemaal thuis. Dit kwam voornamelijk door het ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel, zij hebben ons verblijf echt speciaal gemaakt. Verder hebben we hier lekker gegeten en leuke dingen kunnen doen in de omgeving. Tip: Jenus cooking class om de hoek van het hotel. Je gaat curry maken op authentiek sri lankaanse wijze. Lion rock is te zien vanaf de straat van het hotel en dus vlakbij: qua locatie dus ook super. Al met al een aanrader!

חיפשנו מקום עם נוף ומעט מפנק מהרגיל כי זה היה סוף הטיול. לא היה אכפת לנו לשלם יותר. בפועל המקום הזה לא ענה על הצורך. יש לו נוף יפה ובריכה כיפית, החדר גדול ונוח אבל מאוד מיושן. איך שהגענו למלון הם ציינו שהגבייה באשראי לא עובדת ונצטרך לשלם במזומן, מה שיצר לנו בעיה.ארוחת בוקר עם מבחר סביר אבל איכות מאוד ירודה. כלים לא נקיים מספיק.לא אהבנו ולא נמליץ

המקום מנסה לשווק את עצמו כמקום ברמה גבוהה והמחיר יחסית גבוה לתמורה ובסוף לא ניתן לשלם באשראי שזו תעודת עניות למקום לדעתי. הייתי במקומות פשוטים וזולים מזה בחצי ושילמתי באשראי תמיד, זה לא גסט האוס. בנוסף החדר והריהוט צריכים עדכון הכל נראה מאוד ישן, גם חלקים מחדר הרחצה. המגבות לא מריחות טוב. ציינו בהזמנה שרוצים חדר טווין כי היתה אופציה ולא היתה התייחסות לזה.
המיקום מעט מרוחק מהמרכז וזה מה שרצינו אבל אחר כך הבנו שהדרך מסוכנת בלילה כי לפעמים יש פילים שמגיעים לשם והם תוקפניים אז היה קצת מפחיד אבל סהכ המרחק סביר מהמרכז.

Cons:

My room was very noisy, just above kitchen, it was a bit dirty, lot of mold spot on the walls. The bed was short and I had to climb stairs to get to the bedroom. The terrace was very small and impossible to use as the aircon's outside box was there pushing hot air.

Goed hotel met personeel wat altijd voor je klaarstaat.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel! Echt een sprookje bij aankomst :)

Cons:

De kamers waren ontzettend gehorig (zowel andere gasten als personeel kon je letterlijk verstaan). Ook is het hotel een stukje uit het centrum, daardoor wel prachtig uitzicht over het lake.
