Lovely place, great location.
Room a bit small however if you are on vacations probably you will spend most of the time outside anyway.

It is a great location in the heart of the town
This is not a hotel for a light sleeper. There is a lot of out side noise from the carpark. The street sweeper parking right outside the hotel for 1/2 hour at 4:30am reving the engine to warm up didn’t help and then it proceeding to clean till 5:30am. The staff for the businesses downstairs talking loudly before the shop opened at 6am didn’t help either.
The bed in the room has seen better days and is due for a definite replacement
Enjoyed the location and ease of this hotel. Very clean and comfortable.
Good location
The room was great. We just booked last minute (15 min before arrival) and it was all ready to go. Staff were easy to deal with and the room although very small had all we needed for a night. Clean room, comfy bed, fantastic bathroom products and a coffee maker in the room with some bottle water in the fridge. Right in the heart or Airlie Beach and within walking distance to all.
Be aware that the parking situation is public paid parking and so it may not be available at all times of the year, during special events or weekends.

Location - directly above shops. Very noisy early morning however
Tiny room. Nowhere to sit other than bed. Not a lot of space for luggage. No bedside table on one side of bed
