Camera molto piccola senza spazi adeguati per muoversi o riporre gli abiti. Purtroppo delle sole 3 notti a disposizione la seconda sera, nel cuore della notte, siamo stati svegliati dal l’allarme antincendio e tutti gli ospiti siamo rimasti fuori alle 2 di notte, aspettando che arrivasse qualcuno. Nessun manager responsabile della struttura era presente o ha risposto al numero segnalato. Un cliente ha chiamato i pompieri che dopo mezz’ora ci hanno fatto rientrare nelle camere in quanto si trattava di un falso allarme. Non sono più riuscita a prendere il sonno..
We stayed overnight on our way to Mackay. Very comfortable room and central to every facility we needed.

View from the balcony was impeccable and the bath was exactly what i needed after a long drive.

Not the Hotels fault , However we're awoken at 5.30 am by council workers with a leaf blower & a street sweeper Early Sat, Morn.
The room was very clean and its location is perfectly centred in the heart of Airlie. Even though you are right in the middle of town the double glazing keeps noise to a minimum.
Parking is in the council carpark at the rear of the property and costs around $23 per day.
The bathroom is separated by louvres to the bedroom which is not ideal and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Location and staff were great
Room was very small, grate masking in shower had to stand to either side of it, even with a suitcase stand we could put the suitcase up on it because the room was so small, bed very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again
