My stay for ONE MONTH, was FABULOUS!!
Pros:

It was very Central!! Working distance everywhere!!

Pros:

Location was brilliant, staff were friendly and the facilities were comfortable.

Cons:

It would have been great if there were more accessible cupboards as we were there for a week. I could hang clothes but I had trouble reaching the shelves.

Well over priced for what it is
Pros:

Close to everything we needed

Cons:

It was filthy, dusty, and marks on the walls and there were ants, the room is smaller than my bedroom and the value for money is not there

Pros:

Great location, easy walk to everything. Comfy bed, double glass to verandah for street noice reduction.

Cons:

The room was tiny but we got used to it. A toaster and more cutlery would be a great addition.

Room a little compact, carpet showing signs of wear, very noisy location (noisy pub, early hours after pub patron noise, garbage truck, leaf blower starting at 6am....)

I'll definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The location was perfect, you can just walk everywhere. The lagoon was right out the front, so if you wanted to for a swim it perfect. The Deck restaurant is right next door and the food, location is beautiful, looking at the ocean.

Cons:

Just abit noisy on Saturday night, but in saying that, its right in the heart of the town.

Central location but not worth the money
Pros:

Amenities were nice

Cons:

Patched painted walls, dirty walls, holes in walls, only herbal tea ( asked for black tea bags and hotel had 1 only tea bag). Worst of all the room overlooks a council car park which is apparently fight central. All night fights, yelling, screaming and police.

Disappointing, check-in was a mandatory email, what happened to showing ID at check-in
Pros:

The restaurant on site, enjoyed dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

Electronic collection of license and other data.
No easy access from car park to room.
Asking for a walk-in shower gets you a disabled bathroom, not very pretty!
Rubbish truck coming through the carpark early the next day.
Wouldn't be good if you were on holiday!

A great place to stay at Airlie Beach.
