Brilliant for a short stay!
Pros:

Brilliant water pressure in the shower, loved that the air-conditioning was already going when we entered and it worked well throughout our brief stay. The bed was really comfy too.

Cons:

We could really go on the verandah much as the were a garbage smell coming from somewhere.

Pros:

Superb Location, being the central location of Airlie Beach, so everything is within walkable distance.
Por of Airlie is around 10 minutes walk.

Cons:

Carpets were kind of old and smelled musty but overall pretty clean room. Coffee Pot could do with residue build-up removal through boiling lemons as tasted very iron-like.
