The room is smaller than my expectation.
Location was great.
The rooms are tiny! we were on the Main Street side of the building and the magnums night club was very loud to all hours of the night. Our tv would only turn on & couldn’t change channels, TV is not compatible with streaming services.
Central location, comfortable and room with a view. The room could be services daily if required.
It was missing a kettle which I forgot to mention.
The hotel is very clean and modern. Good location if you don’t have a car in Airlie and a 10 min walk to Port Airlie to get on most of the Whitsundays trips. A decent place to crash.
The rooms are noisy, on Saturday you can hear the boom, boom of a club. 6am the bin men. 6am Monday the delivery for the restaurant downstairs. Recommend ear plugs.
The Queen room was very small, fine for a night or two but no longer.
Did not love the online mandatory link to upload my drivers licence and credit card details. Felt a bit rouge in this age of cyber hacks and scams!

Hot water not very hot at 5.30 pm. Had to have cold shower before going out

Perfect location. The staff were lovely. Our room was small but did the job. Would definitely stay here again.
Could have been cleaned a little better & maybe updated a bit but apart from that nothing we didn't like.
