Check in and out was straightforward. Room clean, serviced, and a good size. Staff on the desk were helpful and multi lingual. I can't rate the breakfast as I didn't take that option. A good boulangerie is next door.
Location is ok for metro transport, 6-8 minute walk, but a little way out of the centre of Paris if that's where you want to be.
There was no milk for tea and coffee in the room, although reception were happy to provide some. No black tea among the choices.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil des réceptionnistes.
La chambre est spacieuse, service café thé a disposition.

Pas très bien insonorisé, les voisins que nous avions étaient assez bruyant.
La taxe payée reste très élevée, voire plus que certains hôtels de Paris.
L'emplacement pour ce que nous avions à faire, le parking pour nous indispensable, la chambre cosi et pour notre cas, au calme, le petit dej hyper complet avec des produits d'excellente qualité, pour tous les goûts et savoureux, sans oublier le personnel que nous avons croisé, disponible et à l'écoute

Very clean. The terrace. The location. The staff were great.
The TV situation. Only being able to cast to the chrome cast within the TV via the WiFi. It never worked the whole time we stayed. But it wasn’t a deal breaker.
