Séjour au top , personnel très accueillant avec le sourire

L’accueil ,le conseil du personnel , le confort de la literie ,le calme delà chambre aucun bruit dans les couloirs , la climatisation,
Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec des produits de qualité .la propreté des lieux

Heureusement qu’il y avait notre événement

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en parti grâce un événement. Le lit était confortable.

Cons:

L'hôtesse d'accueil était légèrement méprisante à l'égard d'une clientèle non habitués à ce types de séjour. Sans compter la découverte d'un mouchoir usager sous le lit et d'un chouchou ne nous appartenant pas sous le meuble frigo. Nous avons également retrouvé nos pieds noir après avoir marché sur le sol. Pour une chambre surclassé, précisé par l'hôtesse, l'hygiène laisse à désiré

Buena cadena hotelera, pero hotel con mal sabor de boca

La recepción y el servicio eran buenos, nos permitieron dejar las maletas en recepción hasta que la habitación estuvo disponible.

Tienen parking y rampa de acceso para minusválidos

El ascensor funciona con la tarjeta de la habitación (que no nos informaron)

La habitación era confortable, la pequeña ventana daba vistas al Sagrado Corazón, la cama era grande y cómoda.

La ubicación era bastante buena para nuestros intereses.

Tiene varios supermercados cerca (Lidl), una panadería/cafetería/pastelería justo enfrente si no quieres el desayuno del hotel (19 euros)

Cons:

El hotel ya decepcionó antes de entrar, todas las jardineras exteriores, tenían las plantas muertas, secas y por el suelo... da muy mala imagen.

En el baño no había NADA de jabón, solo había los 4 frascos VACIOS, ni jabon de mano, ni gel, ni champú, ni acondicionador, ni crema hidratante....NADA. Solo el gorro de ducha, el cepillo de dientes y un albornoz y unos zapatos, cuando la reserva era para 2.

Informamos en recepción de que no había jabón y cuando volvimos más tarde, únicamente nos habían dejado un bote de jabón de manos, y otro de gel. Pese a que volvimos a solicitar champú y demás, ya no los volvieron a reponer.

Para algunos será un tontería, pero para mi, para un hotel de esta categoría y "renombre" fue un fiasco.
