La chambre!! Il y’avait des bestioles. La femme de ménage qui rentre dans la chambre sans frapper. J’aimerais faire une réclamation, pour avoir un remboursement.

Good location with underground parking
Pros:

Underground parking at a competitive price, however the space is tight for SUV style vehicles. The bathroom was good, the selection of coffee/tea in the room was standard.

Cons:

The room they gave us was 2 single beds joined together, which I would not class as a 'double' bed. Limited TV entertainment from what you would expect in a Mercure.

Pros:

Close to my conference venue and to M13.

Cons:

The smallest restorant for breakfast I have ever seen, and 50plus people trying to have dine. Coffee is non existing, mostly water.
