Un accueil personnalisé en chambre par un petit mot charmant, écrit sur un joli carton.
Une vraie chambre****
Un excellent petit-déjeuner très copieux et varié.
Un parking sous-sol très facile d’accès.

Cons:

Une suggestion pour les PMR , pouvoir disposer d’un petit plateau pour faciliter le port de son petit-déjeuner en sécurité. Merci.

Si je doit revenir pour le travail, je reprendrais un chambre dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Chambre très bien insonorisée avec clim très appréciable en ces fortes chaleurs. Personnel très agréables et très efficace ( peut être un peu trop vu que l'on m'a retiré mon déjeuné pensant que j'avais fini alors que j'allais juste me resservir ). Petit déjeuné varié pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Le fait que les clients laissent claquer les portes de chambre sans gêne pour autruit ( même si ça part d'un savoir vivre et non d'un problème fonctionnel de l'hôtel ).

Et peut être juste expliqué comment fonctionne l'ascenseur. N'ayant que très rarement dormi dans un hôtel je suis restée bloquée dans l'ascenseur sans comprendre le système de carte pour monter a mon étage.

Pros:

sehr sauber, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.Abgeschlossene Tiefgarage. Metrostation 500m entfernt. Liegt verkehrsgünstig fürs Auto, man muss nicht durch die Innenstadt.

Cons:

das in der Beschreibung nicht klar hervorgeht dass eine eigene Tiefgarage vorhanden ist.

Petit déjeuner convenable bien que mal réapprovisionné

Cons:

Salle de bain d'hôpital pas du tout comme sur les photos, de la saleté et poussière partout. La porte de la chambre était à moitié dégondée on ne pouvait pas fermer à clé. Cheveux appartement sûrement aux anciens clients encore collés au carrelage, moisissures et crasse dans la douche. Savon main vide. Aucun sourire du personnel durant tout le séjour.

Nice modern hotel with excellent breakfast, but room for improvement with cleanliness and comfort.
Pros:

Concierge staff were funny and engaging, and especially good with our children. We had a good balcony, comfortable beds, and good fridges in the rooms. The breakfast is very good, with a broad range of items, all of them very good quality. The coffee is excellent. There are convenient shops and cafes very near to the hotel. There are nearby bus and Metro stops, and it is only a 10 minute walk to a tram stop also. The wifi was easy to access, and worked very well.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant was entirely closed for refurbishment (we hadn't known this in advance). Some staff (especially at breakfast) were unfriendly, and need further training. We were amazed to find only paper cups in the rooms. I had to ask for both proper glasses for cold drinks and proper mugs for hot drinks - I did get them, but only after a battle. Cleanliness was very poor - the floors underneath beds and other furniture were filthy. On arrival there was no soap or shower gel in our bathroom - again, we had to ask for it to be provided. No proper tea was available in the rooms (only fruit teas), and in the end I had to go to a nearby shop and buy proper tea bags. There was also no milk provided - again I had to source this myself. Staff were aware of this problem, and joked "you English always want proper tea and milk" (correct - so why not provide it?). Finally, we were informed check-out was 12 noon, but we had cleaners knocking at the door "encouraging" us to leave from 10am on departure day, and our room keys stopped working around the same time (ie before breakfast service had even finished).
