Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Manipal

So I have stayed at Country Inn multiple times and the 4Star experience, bodering at 5 has always been excellent. But this review is for their restaurant. Country Inn organizes gala buffets with live music on special occasions and this time I attended both the Christmas and the NYs events. I and my parents had an fun and pleasant experience at both events, with courteous swrvice by the staff, fantastic buffet menus dished out by the Mosaic chef (out dies himself everytime) and the impeccable hosting by their host Micheal (who also helps with then reservations) l, the man is always on his toes, continously on the move ensuring the guests are comfortable and having a good time. The courteous staff at Country Inn makes the experience special.
Also a special thanks to Chef Dhanraj Magar (Next2 resto) for being extremely courteous and forthcoming, fulfilled all our requests.

Didn’t get a feel that we were staying the presidential suite room. The service needs improvement. Staff could be more friendly

We loved the vibes and the food was very fresh and warm. The options in starters and the service was very good. Micheal Victor Dsouza was very kind and respectful to us.

The ambience was beautiful to spend the Christmas evening. The Shor band added beauty to the whole evening. Micheal Dsouza was a good host. There was a vast spread particularly enjoyed the continental food. Gita and all the staff were very kind and hospitable. All in all a wonderful way to spend the evening with my husband.

It was indeed an amazing experience. The tree lighting and cake mixing ceremony were very systematically and the hospitality was on point. The food was very good and the staff was lovely, especially Mr. Michael Dsouza and the entire team.
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Udupi and Manipal

Superb assortment of food for buffet dinner. Had a great time with friends. Rooftop is amazing too. Pool side ambience is fantastic. Great for friends or family

Good place to stay, the staff were highly responsive, the restaurant was good (but pricey again), but the rooms and toilets need some maintenance.

Everything was excellent. Just one concern regarding buffet ( Dinner ), as veg options were very less. It would be good if you can increase the Veg options for buffet ( Dinner )

I stayed at the hotel for a day, and I was happy to see the room cleanliness and the breakfast items.

I recently visited country inn by Radisson Manipal , I must say their hospitality is really good.. special call out to the Sales manager Michael , He was so kind and humble in assisting us and escorting us. Thanks to him and his team.

I had a wonderful experience at Country in suits, manipal. The staff especially Gita madam and Michael the sales manager was warm, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. Our order arrived on time, the presentation was excellent, and the team checked in regularly without being intrusive. The overall service was smooth, friendly, and professional — highly recommended!
