A nice hotel to go to with family or friends
Pros:

The location was very good. The set up was very nice. Liked the pool and the swing next to the pool ( big one ). Long stretch of beach you can enjoy as there is no crowd. ( Not recommended to swim)

Cons:

There are two options for breakfast. Sri Lankan and Western. Please make sure you ask for your preference.
No hot water kettle in the room.

Great pool right by the sea with a fantastic view.
Quiet location away from the tourist hustle, yet easily accessible to the city.
"We had a great experience at the restaurant. The food quality was surprisingly excellent. We dined there twice, and both we and our kids were very satisfied. Highly recommended!"

Lack of communication with guests; inquiries were left unanswered.
Room lighting was unpleasant and not cozy.
Breakfast was disappointing with limited options, and the staff didn't understand English well.

If the they improve on the food.it is the best
Pros:

The location ..you don’t have to go anywhere. It is on the private access beach, you can enjoy sunset in the ocean. Just Awsone location

Cons:

The basic facilities toiletries were not available .
Food is just average and very limited menu option and same breakfast everyday.
