아주 좋았어요
Pros:

격조높은 조식, 석식과 스탭분들의 친절도,호텔로의 픽업(우레시노버스센터및우레시노온센기차역등), 온천시설(특히 실외에 있는 노천온천은 꼭 가보시길)등 모든 것이 너무나 훌륭했습니다. 내 스스로의 가치가 올라가는 것을 느끼게끔 해주는 해밀턴호텔에 너무 감사한 마음입니다. 기회되면 또 가서 호사를 누리고 싶어요.

スタッフの対応も良く、朝食とヘルシーで良かったです。

Cons:

すみません。。スタッフの方にもお伝えしましたがお風呂のシャワーの温度が低かったので寒く感じました。
そこだけが、残念でした。

次回はレストランで夕食を食べてみたいです。
Pros:

アンティークな建物や家具が素敵でした。
温泉はヌルヌルのお湯が気持ち良くて最高でした。

Cons:

夕食はレストランでと考えてたら予約制だったそうで、暑い中商店街迄歩いてお豆腐料理店に行ったけど、店員さんが注文したのを忘れてて待たされたのでコンビニで買い物してタクシーでホテルまで帰りました。

満足です！
Pros:

泉質が素晴らしい。肌がスベスベになるので家族みんな喜んでいました。部屋が広く、食事も混雑しないように時間帯を分けられ高齢の母も含め料理にも大満足。おちつけるので、昨年に引き続き今年もお世話になりました。一年間の疲れが取れました。来年も来ようと話しています。

昨年より料金が上がっていますが、特別な時間を過ごすことが出来るので満足です。

Pros:

ホテルとしてのホスピタリティがとても良い。こじんまりとしていて、洋館でありながら広いお部屋は和洋折衷で、清潔感もある。イタリアンは本格的で大変美味で大満足でした。宿泊料も随分お手ごろな価格だと思います。

出来れば部屋やレストランに１輪でも生花が生けてあると最高ですが〜。

Beautiful , I must come back
Pros:

I liked the room with the view of the mountains and how peaceful it was . The room was clean . The staff is professional and helpful . The breakfast was good too . Complimentary drinks in the fridge very very appreciated.
