期待以上！
Pros:

朝食には感激しました。
スタッフの対応も良かった。
お茶のブレンド等、お茶へのこだわりがここのこだわりと感じました。

Cons:

朝食のごはんは5人中、4人は良かったが、入れ歯の父は硬くて、食べづらそうだった。もう少し柔らかめの方が有り難い。

Good quality onsen hotel.
Pros:

Large and very comfortable rooms. High quality older but well maintained hotel. Highlight is the excellent onsen that we used twice a day. Recommended for a coupl
e of day stay. Parking free and in front. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

接客•サービスとはなにか一から学んでください
Cons:

人手が足りないのか、サービスが雑。レストラン案内を待たされる上に、自分よりあとについた人たちを先に案内(そこに立ってるのに、私を通り過ぎて入るお客さんをそのまま先に案内)。お客さんひとりひとりを見てのサービスではなく、どうでもいいと思っているのか、雑に扱う。街の安い居酒屋さんでもこんな案内はしない。テーブルについてから食事が運ばれるまでも時間がかかり、その間に飲み物の注文も受けにこない、また自分よりあとに席についたお客さんの注文を伺う(さっきのお客さんたちとは違う別人たち)。待たされているからには、自分がさきなのに...と思わざるを得ない。運ばれる食事は冷めていた(暖かい料理のはず)。料理もどれも普通以下に不味く、料理が美味しいと口コミにあったので、期待しただけにがっかりした。地方のホテルの限界なのか...
チェックアウト後はタクシーを頼んだが、取ってくれた受付の着物姿の職員はタクシーを呼ぶだけ呼んで姿を消したので、後からタクシーの運転手さんがロビーまで入ってきて報告するくらい。私も運転手さんがロビーに入ってくることに気付いたが、自分が呼んだタクシーなのかほかのお客さんなのか分からなく、どうすればいいか分からずにいた。
見た目だけホテルでサービスの基本もできていないこういうホテルは初めてです。織田信長おもてなしの町と宣伝している割りには期待をはるかに下回る。

Pros:

8階に中学校時代の友人3人で宿泊しました。
大浴場が8階にあり部屋から近くで70代の私達には便利でした。
夕食は少し少なめでしたが、朝食は3種類のご飯が美味しくてとても満足です。
今度は93歳の母も連れて来たいです。

朝ごはんが美味しい！朝はサッパリで白米が美味しく感じた。ザ和食を堪能させて頂きました。
夕食は鮎懐石でしたが鮎ご飯も締めで欲しかった！二杯目は白米でも大丈夫です
夕食にしては少しパンチが無いかな？

Cons:

外履きスリッパが小さい！足のサイズが大きい人にはホント歩きにくいスリッパでした！

食事と眺めが抜群に良いです
Pros:

八階のお部屋からの景色が最高でした。長良川が眼下にみえて、ずっと眺めていたくなる絵画のような景色でした。
そして、朝食がこれまで食べた朝食の中でナンバーワンのおいしさでした。見た目も美しく、味わいがすばらしく、感動しました。12歳の長男も夫もごはん食べ比べと、水まんじゅうのおいしさに感激していました。

Cons:

トイレが狭くて古さを感じました。洗面所の高さも低くて
タオルをかけるフックが幾つかあると良かったと思います。お部屋は和室で、広くて快適でした。
