Jam Hotel Lviv

That was a modest place in the center of Lviv with good connection to the old town but also to the transport.

Ordered double bed child bed, but received only double.

Perfect location and very nice room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed could be just a bit more comfortable but, all considered, a great place for the price.

The close were the hotel was. was a little dark the lights were not working till you got to the front door

La chambre n'est pas climatisé et il n'y a pas d’ascenseur.
Difficile à trouver si on n'est pas à pied.. En voiture, on passe devant sans rien voir.
L'endroit est propre, avec un personnel sympatique et souriant (ça va ensemble ?)
les chiens (même grands) sont acceptés sans suppléménts.

Can be improved: third bed in room.

The location is good and you can find all the local attractions nearby. The hotel is nice enough but if you happen to get room 203 like I did then expect a lot of noise as it's directly above reception and the stairs are right outside the door. Every person that goes to their rooms will walk past the door and it's very noisy.

Great little hotel if you're on a budget. The rooms are sparse and functional, but clean. The hotel is only a few blocks from the market square and the opera. The breakfast is excellent and fresh. The best part of our stay was the staff - 10 out of 10 for service and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and went out of his or her way to be helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Good location, short walk to Old Town and city center.
Breakfast was included, served to the table, great service and good food.
This hotel is located in second courtyard. View from our room was not great. During our stay, the interion walls, on our floor, were being painted. The smell, inconvenience was not acceptable. The painting crew even asked us to stay away and block access to our room :(
In my opinion, price is too high for basic, tourist hotel.

Location was great. Very central and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had limited options but was good. It’s a choice that select the day before. The omelettes were great. If you are not good with stairs this might not be the place for you.

No elevator and a steep and dangerous circular stairwell with timed lighting at night which leaves you in the dark literally. Be very specific in what you ask for as our laundry went to the dry cleaners instead of the washing machine. Beautifully pressed socks and underwear with a beautiful price. Kitchen staff were excellent and the breakfasts were great.

We had a wonderful stay in Jam Hotel. Great city center location. Room was big and spacious. Front desk staff was helpful. Good breakfast.

This is a budget hotel the rooms are small but comfortable. Directly across from art museum and very short walk to all Lviv has to offer. Upside: totally updated bathrooms, very nice staff and breakfast every morning. Downs: doors and walls are not thick you will hear other guests come and go.

i recently booked a week in this hotel with my girlfriend we had great time.the hotel staff is very kind and the room was very good.location is great and breakfast was excellent
