Pros:

Staff molto cordiale, presente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, posizione veramente comoda e molto tranquilla, la camera era molto pulita e ben luminosa.

Cons:

Letto non troppo comodo, molto duro. Per chi ha il sonno leggero si sentono gli scricchiolii del parquet.

Otel konumu çok iyiydi, çok nezih ve sakin bir semt. Ulaşım araçlarına yakın ve ettafta birçok market restoran var. Oda büyüklüğü de kısmen yeterliydi, sıcak su sorunu yaşamadık, odamız her gün temizlendi. Odada buzdolabı olması güzeldi.Fiyatı uygun olduğu için tercih ettik fiyat performans açısından düşünürsek iyi bir otel. Sadece yatmak için kullandığımız için bize yeterli geldi

Cons:

Banyosu malesef çok küçüktü gerçekten daralıyorsunuz tuvaletteyken rahat hareket edilmiyor. Ayrıca şampuan, duş jeli, terlik gibi şeyler yoktu ve valizimizi koyabileceğimiz bir dolap olabilirdi ama oda o kadar büyük değildi. Temzilik biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.

posizione strategica, staff cordiale e competente, nonostante la camera fosse un po' piccola il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, dovessimo tornare a Londra prenoteremo di nuovo qua.

Cons:

la camera aveva qualche acciacco, qualche mattonella rotta e il gabinetto era un po' scomodo, purtroppo non avevamo il doccino.

Surprisingly better than expected
Pros:

The location of this hotel is definitely great,just a few minutes away from the metro stations and the Hyde Park. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
All in all,comparing to the prices of London this hotel offers a great value for a reasonable amount of money.

Le camere offrivano tutto il necessario e anche più nonostante le dimensioni non esagerate.
Lo staff sempre molto gentile e disponibile
Struttura pulita e curata; il letto molto comodo.
Ottima posizione; vicino a metro e bus; nelle vicinanze diversi punti ristoro

Purtroppo l'insonorizzazione delle stanze è pressochè nulla; qualsiasi movimento nelle altre stanze si sente. E' un peccato perchè la struttura è davvero ottima se non fosse per questo aspetto.
