Sehr saubere, grosszügige und ruhige Zimmer

Cons:

Die Zimmer Richtung Innenhof sind sehr dunkel, was nicht stört, wenn man tagsüber viel unterwegs ist.

Good room and staff, change your check out policy.
Pros:

Room was big, kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, pull out couch. The staff was always at the front desk and helpful with any requests. We were on the first floor and could not hear any of the noise from the restaurant, which was a change from the last time we were there and stayed on the second floor.

Cons:

The bed was a bit squeaky and movement felt on both sides. They charge for every hour you want to extend your check out even if it is not necessary. After paying the high price for the room it would be nice if they extended the time for even an hour like most hotels. Seemed petty. I think they should change that policy, as it feels like they don't appreciate you as a guest when you pay thousands of dollars to stay for 5 days.

Great location, amazing staff
Pros:

Our room was a deluxe suite which was perfect. Staff was amazing, helping us add an extra night during a blizzard without changing rooms.

Cons:

It would be nice to have small items to buy, like a soda machine or a bagel for breakfast

Pros:

Excellent location. Fantastic kitchen facilities, I was able cook for my toddler with so much ease. The room was a very comfortable size which was just what we needed for a week stay.

Little daylight.

Nice sized modern rooms in Greenpoint.
Pros:

Large rooms, it was quiet the night we were there.

Cons:

Even though the room was already paid for when we arrived to checkin we still had to provide both our Driver licenses, show credit card, and then the woman at the desk asked me to fill out a full page form with all my info. I asked why that was needed when they had all our info. It unfortunately escalated into an unnecessary drama. Checkin should be easy these days. . Paperwork is dated

It was terribly loud! Over the restaurant and on the street..
I slept terrible even with ear plugs. Room was also very bright. Not good room darkening on windows
