Nice sized modern rooms in Greenpoint.
Pros:

Large rooms, it was quiet the night we were there.

Cons:

Even though the room was already paid for when we arrived to checkin we still had to provide both our Driver licenses, show credit card, and then the woman at the desk asked me to fill out a full page form with all my info. I asked why that was needed when they had all our info. It unfortunately escalated into an unnecessary drama. Checkin should be easy these days. . Paperwork is dated

I like the room but don’t think I would return. 3 nights of terrible sleep

It was terribly loud! Over the restaurant and on the street..
I slept terrible even with ear plugs. Room was also very bright. Not good room darkening on windows

Pros:

nice big room, space to spend time together was great. the kitchenette was really useful. location is great, close to lots of stores and restaurants.

Cons:

the room only had one window that looked out on a brick wall, though we paid for one of the larger nicer rooms and were surprised by this. since our visit was over a dark, cold january weekend this didn't matter so much but at another time of the year it would have been more disappointing.

Pros:

The bathroom was really nice and room was cute too! The location was really calm, with lots of nice coffee shops around.

Cons:

The HVAC was pretty loud and it was right next to, and above, the bed. :/

Great place to stay with young kid.
Pros:

The wood floor (cleaner, good with toddler), the size of the room, a big soaking bathtub, and a full kitchen, comfortable bed.

Cons:

No smart TV, single-ply toilet paper. We can hear music from the restuarant, doen't bother me, but might be to somepeople.

Worst hotel experience of my life.
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Bed frame was broken
Cleaning staff stole my baby girls towels
Staff was incredibly rude
Lack of communication between them
Lack of ability to resolve problems
Staff even told me that manager decided to ignore my emails.
