No 139 Apartments

I stayed here with a group of my friends. Mr. Hani contacted us on online messaging application and gave us very good instruction about how to arrive and all necessary information. We were greeted with a young man who helped us with our bags and he showed us our apartment.

Our place was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were so happy with 3 bathrooms as we were a group of girls. Internet working very well. And our apartment was very clean.

Location of the property is very centrally located. We could walk to one of the most famous shopping mall in 5 minutes. There are a lot of shopping places around as well as many cafes, restaurants available. It is very busy location so we could hear a lot of traffic outside from our apartment.

I would highly recommend this place for groups. We were very confortable.

Ailem ile bir hafta sonu bu güzel tesiste geçirdim. Daireler çok geniş.
Şehir merkezinde bir daire için oldukça geniş.
Dairemizde 2 banyo olması çok avantajlıydı ve tüm odalarda klima olması daire konforunu üst seviyelere taşıdı.

Daire çok temizdi ve personel ilgiliydi.

I had a very clean and spacious apartment with 2 bedroom and one living room.
There were two bathrooms and 3 separate air conditioners!
Everything was perfectly working.
Some furnitures are aged but noting is in bad condition.

Do not expect a hotel lobby or a hotel experience! This is like an apartment service property with daily cleaning service, and 24/7 available people via Whatsapp.

The entrance of the building is a narrow hallway, with a small elevator, but non of these affect us badly.

Wifi was working just fine without any problems.

Staff were very kind, attentive and friendly.

Location of this property is amazing! Its located only five minutes away by walk from famous Cevahir Shopping Mall. There is a metro station, there are a lot of banks, shops, fast food places, hospitals, medical centers, and local places.

We could walk to Osmanbey and Nisantasi area as well.

مسرور جدا بإقامتي مع عيلتي في هذه الشقة ، بمجرد ما خلصنا الحجز تواصلو معانا عبر الواتس اب ، قبل وصولنا للبناء عطونا معلومات مهمة، رتبو لنا استقبال من المطار وكان جدا جميل ومريح ، كان في الإستقبال الأخ هاني وكان واستقبلنا بحفاوة عالية وساعدنا بالشناتي ، كان الدخول على الشقة سلس ومباشرة دخلنا الشقة بدون اجراءات الدخول المعقدة ، الشقة كانت كبيرة ومريحة ونظيفة ،، فيها مطبخ صغير يحتوي على كامل ادوات الطبخ ، الانترنت كان جدا سريع وبدون مشاكل والشقة مكيفة بالكامل ، وهذا الشي اراحنا كثير, بشكل عام نحن حساسين بموضوع تنظيف الحمامات اعزكم الله وكان التنظيف على مستوى عالي ، طول فترة اقامتنا الأخ هاني كان على تواصل معانا دائما ، كان يسأل دائما اذا مرتاحين او لأ واذا محتاجين ل شي او لأ ، مو شرط ضمن البناء حتى لما كنا في الخارج كنا على تواسل معه وكان يدينا نصايح، رتب لنا رحلة ل بورصا وكانت مرة ممتعة ، بالاضافة لكل هالإيجابيات كان موقع البناء جدا مريح ، قريب ل كل مكان حتى مشي تقدرون توصلو ل اي مكان
ووقت الخروج ساعدنا ب الشناتي وودعنا بشكل جميل
اوصي ب هذا المكان بشدة وان شاء الله رح يكون لنا زيارات قادمة لهم

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment was very spacious, modern, and perfectly clean. Everything was well-maintained and made me feel at home. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality really made a difference and created a very comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Not what I was expecting. I'm sure it'd be cost effective for a large family but I guess I expecting something nicer. My room was right next to the tiny elevator so I just heard the doors smashing plus you could hear your neighbours every move. Reception was in an interesting location, no lobby was strange but you gotta work with what you got. Room service would've been nice but that's my fault for choosing a hotel.

La entrada es angosta y puede pasar inadvertida. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el trato es amigable. Habitaciones limpias, camas suaves, cerca de centros comerciales, tiendas, cafeterías, restaurantes... volveré allí cada vez que regrese a Estambul.

We arrived late and went to the room. The only room available was a two bedroom room that stank and was the worst looking room I have even seen.there was no hot water in bathroom and no kitchen oven or washing machine and no Clothes locker .We can't sleep and in the morning time I cancelled my reservation even it's Not refundable which means I lost two night for nothing but I can't stay anymore in such fake hotel .I cant believe this place is still in business. I cant believe your websites do business with them

عندما وصل له من المطار برفقة العائلة وبعد التعب وجدته مقفل وبعد الاتصال قال الموظف انه الغي الحجز وونسي ابلاغي لوجود صيانه ولكم ان تتخيلو مقدار الصدمة اتلث على الموقع هوتيل وارسلت بريد ولا فائده

I met with one receptionist name Fatih who speaks some Japanese. It was a big surprise. He was very kind and welcoming for my short stay. This place is a bit far from the old city but easly go there with subway and tram.

Stayed only for one night for business purpose and enjoyed my stay here. Clean and spacious rooms with helpful staff. They arranged me taxi for going to airport.

It is walking distance to famous Cevahir Mall and very close to Zorlu Center Mall. It was also very convenience going around with subway. Clean rooms and very spacious.

Its located very busy area call Sisli. I went there for business and I am happy to stay at A Palace. The staff were very kind, helpfull and want to do their best to provide a happy stay. Definitely recommmeded.

I went there for business. Staff are very very helpfull for any requests. My room was very spacious. I will definitly go back again.
