Nice and clean space. I loved the distance and the availability of a shuttle to the Mall of America

Cons:

The elevators did not work. Every one was a little thrown off due to the time change and only one elevator was working. So it took us a very long time to be able to get up or down due to the number of ppl leaving. Had all the elevators been working it would not have been such an issue. Trying to pay for the parking was horrible. First off I do not under why I need to pay to park where I am paying to stay. Then when I was trying to set that up it did not work. No l have 5 pending 1 dollar charges 9 on my credit card… it should be put in there that parking cost, and I pretty sure it did not tell us that they offered breakfast, could have told me it was going to cost…
