Clean. Great location
The rooms are showing their age. No changes in a long, long time, if ever.
I loved that it wasn’t on a busy road and had an open field on the front where dogs or kids could run around. I also loved how the staff was super kind and was clean.
The only thing that wasn’t up to par for my liking was the beds, they were decently comfy, just a bit firm. But that’s just me, otherwise I think everything was great!
Nice towels. Quiet on higher floor.
Breakfast was terrible. $22 for buffet that was powdered eggs. No fruit. No yogurt. No hard boiled eggs. I was shocked when I saw this. No wonder there was only one person in the restaurant.
The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful with park and fly information
Food was expensive and mine had over the top pesto on it.
Modern, clean, good shuttle service
Location. Shuttle Service to the Mall of Americas and AirPort.
Gym ! Very small and poor. Just a couple of Dumbbells and cardio equipment in a tiny room.
Overall, this was an excellent stay and one of the better hotel experiences I have had in quite some time. As a military member who travels regularly and comes to the Minneapolis area about once a month, I stay in many different hotels throughout the year, and the level of professionalism, hospitality, and genuine kindness shown by the staff at this Hyatt truly stood out.
From the moment I arrived through check-out, the team made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Small things — acknowledging guests immediately, offering assistance proactively, and simply treating people with kindness and professionalism — make a huge difference, and your staff absolutely delivered that experience during my stay.
Because of this experience, I fully plan on staying at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis again when I return in June, and I would absolutely recommend this property to others traveling to the area. Please pass along my appreciation to the front desk team and leadership for creating such a positive experience.
Was very surprised at how close this hotel was to the airport and MOA. You could literally see the Delta terminal from the room. Its quiet and in a nice area. Food is expensive here though. We went next door for breakfast instead. Also a warning that ice and microwaves are on other floors and not in your room or on your floor. Plus cost to park in a parking lot that is really more of a money grab since they have a huge parking lot to accommodate all guests. Overall, I would probably stay here again due to location. This was our first time in Minneapolis and just went with what was convenient.
Clean and had everything we needed for one night
Very clean and helpful with any questions we had, parking was full but enough space between vehicles where we didn’t have to worry about door dings
Beautiful walk to the light rail blue line providing access to Minneapolis. Two dollars allows you to access to most spots including Mall of America, Target Field, and Target Center.
