Pros:

Location is in the middle of all the attractions, museums and is reachable by walk, also with kids. Breakfast is good. The terrace is the best spot and you can also sit there until 10pm. Lady in the front desk was wonderful with a lot of information.

The hotel got all of the essential right and was perfectly located for our stay.
Pros:

The hotel got all of the essentials right. Excellent staff, comfortable beds, lots of hot water, fluffy towels, Rituals shower gel etc, central location, roof terrace for breakfast, which was good and generous.

Cons:

Some plants in pots on the roof terrace would have added some personality. The terrace was an excellent facility and was available to use all day long, but could have been made more attractive by some greenery.
