Friendly staff, tidy rooms, great location in the city center. Amazing value for money.

Amazing staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is amazing, very accessible and close to everything. Great service overall. Unbeatable prices, high value for money. Many thanks to the Manager and his incredible team. Definitely would go again if visiting Madrid.

Personal amable y muy atento. Desayuno muy rico y variado. Además, la localización del hotel no podía ser mejor, a solo 2 minutos de la Puerta del Sol.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó fue el ruido del aire acondicionado. Porque al hablar con recepción se ofrecieron a cambiarnos de habitación y todo pero nos dijeron que el aire era centralizado y cuando se recargaba sonada. Así que fuese cual fuese la habitación sonaría.

Muy bien ubicado , las habitaciones impecables , tamaño suficiente , buenas camas , buen baño todo limpísimo , buen aire acondicionado que en estas fechas se agradece mucho . El desayuno extraordinario .

La ubicación , la terraza estaba genial , limpio ,.la cama muy cómoda. El personal muy amable.😊

Cons:

No tenía una nevera para tener agua fría ni un refresco, hacía 38 grados a las 10 de la noche y el hotel no tiene servicio de bar.

Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Odaları ve binanın kendi karakteir vardı. Bir otel odasından tüm beklentimizi karşıladı. İnanılmaz tatlı personelleri var. Her konuda çok yardımcılar ve çok güler yüzlüler.

Cons:

Sevmediğim birşey yoktu ama mutlaak söylemek gerekirse fiziki koşulları diyebilirim. Öte yandan yıldızlı bir otelde bence mobilyaların çve odaların lüks olmamasını göz ardı edersek yıldızlı otel hizmeti aldık
