It was everything you would want in a hotel room in the middle of Madrid.
Pros:

It was a very unique boutique hotel with an interesting film/movie background. It was clean and the beds were good.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work. We tried to keep the windows open but it was in the middle of all the activity, so it was loud until early hours of the morning.

Great location for those looking for those new to the city or not!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They kindly accommodated a room change. The continental breakfast was delicious. They have great coffee! Our rooms were spacious and clean. Some rooms are smaller but have a patio. Locations I great for theaters and plenty of sights including the starting point for all three city tour turibus routes, nightlife, metro, shopping, and restaurants.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

We were under the impresssion that the food at the hotel would be good when we arrived, but it did n

The air conditioner was weak, the towels were not replaced, and the breakfast was very limited.
Last Sunday, when we cheked out we were not informed that taxis could not access the hotel.
We ended up walking to the train station, which was quite tiring.

Satisfaction totale concernant notre séjour à Madrid.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, varié et dans un cadre très sympathique.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal et à proximité de la Puerta del Sol, une place emblématique à Madrid .

Madrid, l'incontournable !
Pros:

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de cet hôtel, son emplacement parfait , l'extrême amabilité du personnel à commencer par son Directeur Mr DOMINGO, Mr AMMAR , et la très sympathique ISABEL, le petit déjeuner était excellent et varié, nous y retournerons, encore et encore !
Le rapport Qualité/Prix est incontestable, mais il faut réserver lgtps à l'avance pour en profiter (au moins 2 mois).
La rue donne sur une multitude de restaurants et bars extraordinaires avec le cachet purement Madrilain .
Notre satisfaction est totale.
Madrid est une très grande ville chargée d'histoire, que L'ESPAGNE exhibe fièrement !

Tout était conforme à nos prévisions et nos souhaits.

Great location! Great value!
Pros:

Great value! It was a great price for the location. It was not the fanciest hotel in the city center but it was very clean, very comfortable (A/C and elevator) and the staff was fabulous.
