Felt right at home with great staff, comfortable room and an amazing breakfast buffet!
Pros:

Exceptional staff - so very helpful and friendly, especially Veronica! Centrally located for the best of everything especially food! Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Cons:

Bathroom had a small leak and smelled funny.

The staff and the location make this our go to hotel in Madrid.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. A short walk to the art museums and convenient for visiting the cathedral and other attractions. Also very close to public transportation - bus and subway. Very easy to get to the airport.

Cons:

The lighting in the room could be improved. There were two bed lamps on the wall and two additional small individual lights.

Un super séjour de 5 nuits!
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, chambre très propre, excellent petit déjeuner varié et bien fourni renouvelé tous les jours. Le personnel de l'hôtel, de l'accueil au roof top, est très chaleureux et bienveillant.

Cons:

Une petite suggestion: 2 ou 3 étagères dans la penderie et dans la salle de bain seraient très utiles.

Central location, easy to walk to the popular locations. Clean and well planned rooms. We picked a balcony which was lovely to sit on with a cup of tea in the morning

Great city center location.
Pros:

Central location and great for getting out and about in Sol. Great room and I had a huge balcony which was lovely.

Cons:

The Saturday night I stayed was very noisy as the hotel is on a busy street above bars but I suppose it’s to be expected given the city central location. Other than that I would recommend.

Good location, clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Very basic room, noisy air conditioning unit that dripped water all night. Window that looked out onto a narrow yard overlooked by offices so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

Miły personel i lokalizacja.

Cons:

W pokoju mieliśmy dwa karaluchy wielkości 5cm- prawdopodobnie weszły z wentylacji. Ostatniej nocy zepsuła sie klimatyzacja i lała się z niej woda.
