Nicely restored and modernized hotel within walking distance of downtown dining and river walk.

No one there when we arrived to check us in
No one answered the phone at the number that a sign said to call
No one attending to the breakfast bar

Worst meal ever

The staff could have been friendlier. I needed ice, and the only way to get it is to ask for it at the front desk. They have to go get it from the kitchen. Both times I asked for it, they seemed a little put off for me doing it.

Dining was over rated. Both food and efficient service. But friendly.

I always enjoy staying at the Historic Grand Union Hotel.

2nd trip to Grand Union. Despite bad weather had a great stay. Incredible step back into history in a 140 year old historic building. Great pillows and towels! Nicely renovated and maintained. Again, their restaurant may be the highlight of our stay!

The historic building on the Missouri River at the headwater of navigation, the friendly service and the walking path highlighting the history of the area made me excited to return next year!

We celebrated my husband retirement at the hotel. It was perfectly done and we were very pleased with our evening and stay. Would do it again.

fFort Benton...the Grand Union was clean, neat and friendly...we were sorry the dining room was not open but maybe next time. We had a lovely one night there.

Our room was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, quiet and had an amazing view of the river. Sarah, the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the jetted tub was a bonus. I will absolutely stay there again. A wonderful way to spend an anniversary.

The hotel is very lovely. The food was fantastic and the service was great. The bed was a little less than comfortable but everything else was amazing. Would recommend staying in this lovely hotel.

very quaint with a lot of history! Great view of the sunrise over the river.

There is so much history here, a great walking trail along the Missouri River and the fall colors were really showing off. The restaurant was amazing. We had a suite that looked out on the river, absolutely gorgeous.
