Tasteless breakfast & noisy interior
Pros:

The Hansanan Hotel was a below average to average accommodation. The positives were the size of the room and the excellent housekeeping service. Their housekeeping was also attentive to our needs as a newborn family(extra towels, extra bottles of water, etc). Now the negatives for this hotel were the lack of soundproofing of the room, poor nearby location amenities, and less desirable breakfast. Every night my family heard noise echoed down the corridor from other guests. Also, the foot traffic from the central staircase was very noticeable, even though our room was approximately five rooms away from the staircase. As for the location, there were no convenience stores nor variety of eateries near the hotel. We took taxis to Central Mall for meals, shopping, and entertainment. Finally, the breakfast was not warm and the choices were unappealing. Our review of the Hansanan is mostly based with our previous experience with other hotels in Phitsanulok. There are other hotels we would rather book on our next annual family reunion. Our stay at Hansanan made us appreciate those other hotels.
