Dusche schlecht oder nicht gereinigt. Es lagen Feuchttücher oder Einmalwaschlappen in der Ablage. Der Schlauch neben der Toilette war ein Wasserfall. Eine Dichtungen fehlte oder der Anschluß vom Sprüher war zu kurz. Kein Safe lt. Auskunft in den ganzen Zimmern, aber in der Ausstattung erwähnt.

Bed comfort was ok.
The room was dirty and the maintenance in the room poor. Our AC was leaking water and on the desk chair there was a clear dirty foot mark. We called for assistance and a person came to help but no apology was offered. The room was very dusty and every surface of the room looked and felt dirty. The corridor leading to the room had a major leak and for the two nights we stayed we walked over soaking wet carpet. Simply not good enough.

Every thing was good the pool and staff at pool bar were excellent
Nothing worth mentioning
The rooms were ok, spacious and the beds were comfortable and looked modern. Hotel overall was ok for the price, lobby area looked nice and was clean. Staff were nice and friendly.
Pool water was dirty, the hallways to our room were dirty for the whole time we were there, they had been doing some maintenance but not cleaned up the bits after them so it didn't look good. The rooms were ok, but the bathrooms need looking at because the grout was a mess and didn't look clean.
First time I've stayed at this hotel and it won't be the last, I thought room and pool area and bar were great, I had a tasty feed at the poolside bar
I think they should have safety boxes in the rooms. I don't like carrying passport and large sums of money around with me
