조용하고 노천탕에서 조망하는 아사히타케가 멋집니다. 저녁은 예약을 안했는데 가까운곳에 여러 맛집이 많아요. 아침은 일식 뷔페인데 대단히 만족스러웠습니다

フロントの男性の方の対応はどうかと思いました。バスタオルの追加をお願いしたら、上から目線で交換なら出来ますと言われました。
長い人生のなかの宿泊経験で初めての経験だったので驚きました。

Sehr komfortables und großzügiges Zimmer. Sehr gute Matratzen. Schöner Sitzbereich. Umfangreiches japanisches Frühstücksbuffet. Freundlicher Service. Schöner Onsen-Bereich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful resort style hotel. Everything you need onsite. Onsen was nice. The private onsen on the rooms deck was very nice. Nice staff. only food I had was at the cafeteria style restaurant they have. Very good food and reasonably priced

Pros:

露天風呂から山が見えてとても気持ち良かったです。日帰り入浴の方が大勢いらしたせいか、お風呂のお湯があまり綺麗ではなかったのが気になりました。もう少しお湯が新しいお湯が流れ込んでくると良かったです。スタッフの方の対応は親切でした。

Pros:

周囲の自然環境、温泉、露天風呂は最高。ただし、ホテル併設の温泉は住民の近場日帰り温泉的な役割も同時に果たしているため、フロント、浴場がやや混雑しており、純粋な宿泊施設としてのホテル的には今一つでした。

Pros:

ホテルに着き、部屋が遠く母を車椅子に乗せて車椅子を押しながら荷物（液体の薬💊衣類など）を運ぶのが手首が腱鞘炎になるかと思いました。今回学んだ事は荷物はあとから運ぶべきだと思いました。良い勉強をさせて貰いありがたかたかたっです。
食事とお風呂は対応が良かったです。

地點偏僻，往市中心駕車要十五分鐘，被編配房間在一樓，正正在地下，必須關上窗簾，行人及停車場就在窗外，當時要求更換巳沒房間，最好在預訂房間時要求在較高樓層，值得一提房間空間很好，設備也先進，溫泉景色一般，本來預期地點偏僻露天風呂會不錯，但有點失望。

다인의 가족이 온다면 코티지 강추

대설살 - 비에이 일정에서 하나카쿠라 코티지를 이용했어요 2년전엔 이반 호텔객실도 이용해서 다시찾았습니다. 여기는 일본사람들이 주로오는 호텔인거 같아요 온천수질은 보통이지만 대설산 전망이 아주 좋고 남 여 탕이 대칭을 이뤄 좋습니다 코티지는 1층에 있는 석유곤로는 냄세나니 사용하지 마세요 벽걸이 냉난방기 난방모드로 돌리시면 됩니다. 코티지 분위기 있고 가족끼리 호텔아닌 다른분위기가 나는 하루를 보낼수 있어 좋았어요 호텔은 7명이 함께 잘수 있는 곳이 거의 없잔아요

요즘 여기 바쁜지 저녁예약이 1년전부터 만석이라 못해서 아쉬웠어요 여기저녁 가이세키 맛나는데 아침은 전형적인 일본 바이킹~ 타입의 부페입니다. 가지수가 많지 않아도 정성스럽게 맛있게 만든음식 만족했습니다.
