Location!
I've stayed here a few times. It was good at first. I know it's been open a while, but staff said it was renovated so I booked one night. Turns out they just painted and fixed bathroom walls. The AC and blankets are still old. The AC is loud and doesn't feel cold. For the price, it's overpriced compared to smaller, cleaner, newer hotels. Only plus is riverside location, near big temple, easy city access. Not impressed. Sadly 😞 Won't return.

The bathroom is rather small, adequate but tight. The room was showing its age and decoration was tired. It is about due for refurbishment
We chose this hotel because of its location near the historical area of Phitsanulok, and it did not disappoint. A market was set up down the street, so many bargains were found and good coffee shops as well an added bonus.
Breakfast was very basic but the restaurant in the evening was excellent with a view of the river at night with live music.
The room itself was big enough, but the bathroom was basic and not really big enough. Having said this for the price, this city hotel was an absolute bargain.
