Spodziewałem się efektu WOW a było po prostu przeciętnie. Mój pobyt był w obiekcie obok "Oficynie" więc widziałem na zdjęciach jak wygląda i za to nie odejmuje oceny. Pokój po prostu jak w większości sieciówek, czysty, niezbyt duży, bez jakichś większych zastrzeżeń. Inne opinie negatywne były odnośnie łącznika między budynkami - tego akurat nie rozumiem i wg mnie doskonale, że ten łącznik jest. Śniadanie wg mnie poprawne, wybór może nie jest ogromny ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, smacznie, są rzeczy regionalne, wyciskany sok czy deserki więc niektóre rzeczy więcej niż najczęściej jest do wyboru. Obsługa często sprawdzała czy trzeba coś donieść.
W pubie zostaje doliczane do rachunku 12,5 % opłaty serwisowej. Nie rozumiem takiego podejścia i je piętnuje. Wystarczy podać realne ceny w menu a nie to ukrywać.... Kelner nic o tym oczywiście nie wspomniał, w menu też brak jasnej informacji więc jest to niezgodne z prawem ale może zagranicznym klientom to nie przeszkadza lub nie znają obowiązujących przepisów.

The room, breakfast and the facilities are all as you would expect from a Relais and Chateau - excellent.
What made the experience exceptional for us was the Degustation Menu. We have eaten Degustation Menus all over the world including numerous occasions at the Fat Duck and El Bulli. For the price, the Degustation Menu here was probably the best food that we have eaten anywhere in the world. At a fraction of. the price of those other restaurants we were treated to ten of the finest courses you could possibly imagine. All the ingredients - and there were at least half a dozen in each course - were perfection. The presentation was faultless. The creativity and taste combinations were cooking at their finest.
In addition, on a quiet Sunday evening we were the only ones in the restaurant (Although it had been very busy at lunch-time). We were attended to professionally and expertly by our own waitress and three chefs in the kitchen.
We recommend visiting the restaurant for the cooking alone if you do not want to stay at the hotel - you will not be disappointed. This is cuisine at its very finest.

Excellent experience from the moment I arrived. Welcoming reception staff and extremely comfortable room. The finish throughout the hotel is top class and in particular, the quirkily decorated White Rabbit restaurant is full of character. The highlight of my stay however, was the tasting menu in the White Rabbit restaurant, where Bartek and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to prepare and serve plate after plate of refined and beautifully balanced food. This restaurant deserves high recognition, which I am sure will come soon.

Personel gra w Lidze Mistrzów, rewelacja. Wyjątkowe miejsce, niespodziewane na mapie Gdyni, wyjątkowe SPA, jedzenie mistrzowskie. Warte każdej wydanej złotówki.

Jakość pościeli nie przystaje do miejsca. Mała poduszka plus jasiek na osobę jest zdecydowanie niewystarczająca.
A really lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff were professional, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive.
The spa was immaculate and, when we visited, wonderfully quiet. I particularly loved the scent of frankincense in the steam room — such a beautiful touch — and really appreciated the ice machine after the sauna. Everything was clean and well maintained, with plenty of towels.
And the breakfast was gorgeous. Plenty of choice, beautifully presented and a lovely way to start the day.
The whole place has a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We arrived by car, with easy parking, and then left by train. The station is close enough to make getting into Gdańsk very straightforward, so it worked brilliantly for us as a base.
Please don’t take this too seriously, especially as this is a garden designer writing this!
The garden is overwhelmingly grass, which is constantly being mown by an automated mower. With beehives on the estate, I couldn’t help thinking that the grounds would be even more wonderful with some meadow-style planting and a little more habitat for pollinators.
But honestly, the property itself is gorgeous — I just couldn’t resist mentioning the garden. Occupational hazard! 🌿🐝
Overall, a beautiful, comfortable and peaceful hotel with excellent facilities and a lovely atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay.
