Pros:

駅近だし、ベッドスペースも広くてゆったり過ごせました。お風呂も洗面も清潔で使いやすかったです。

Cons:

お風呂が地下1階で移動がちょっと面倒ですね。

ベッドが柔らかければ完璧
Pros:

赤坂駅から近く、周りに飲食店も多いため立地は完璧。スタッフの対応もとても丁寧でよかった。大浴場や室内はとても清潔だった。

Cons:

ベッドが硬すぎて身体が痛かった。許容範囲ではあったが、大浴場の脱衣所の床が少しシミが多くてちょっと気になった。

Pros:

駅近で安い。
大浴場は早めに入ったので独りでした。ゆったり入れて気持ちよかったです。
部屋の鍵はありませんが、鍵が閉まる物入れが思つたより広かったので良かったです。

Cons:

夜中に入り口やスーツケースを開けしめする音やスリッパで歩く音がパタパタ聞こえること。

シンプルだけど満足
Pros:

お風呂もゆっくり入れたし、寝るスペースも悪くはなかったです。雨が降りそうでしたが傘も使わせてもらったし、不自由はありませんでした。２泊でしたが、昼間は出かけていて寝るだけだったので安くで泊まれて良かったです。

Pros:

ロケーションは駅近でとても便利でした。
また、アメニティが充実していたり、大浴場があったのは嬉しかったです。ルームウェアはありがたかったですが、着心地が通気性があまりない感じで独特でした。
鍵付き保管庫や、ロックチェーンなど、セキュリティがしっかりしている面も安心でした。

Cons:

各キャビンのカーテンロールの開け閉め音が響いて非常にうるさく感じました。特に深夜と早朝は何度も人の出入りの度に目が覚めて全く熟睡できず、ある程度プライベートな空間を期待していただけに残念でした。また、早朝に自室で爆音で鼻をかんだり、スマホのアラームが鳴っていたりしたのでマナーが行き渡っていない印象もありました。
耳栓という選択肢もありますが、個人的には耳栓が苦手なのでもう泊まることはないと思います。
マットレスは想像していたより硬めでした。
洗面台の数も宿泊者数に対して足りてないと感じました。
また、特に階段、エレベーター、フロントスペースがタバコの臭いがしていたのも敏感な人には合わないと感じました。（キャビンスペースは空気清浄機があったのでかなりマシではありました）
トイレの床に細かいゴミが落ちていたり、大浴場の床がヌルヌルしていてメンテが行き届いていないのかと少し気になりました。
あと、他の宿泊者も「寒い」とこぼしていましたが、冷房が少し効きすぎだと思います。

トイレや大浴場以外は安心安全な感じで赤坂駅すぐだし、良かった。
Pros:

女性が一人でも安心して泊まれた。

Cons:

6階の女性専用のフロアのトイレ掃除が便器の中にサボったリングがあって、あまり頻繁に掃除していないと感じた。また、そのフロアの女性トイレそのものが京都や大阪店より不潔感があって老朽化の様な感じを受けた。
大浴場もなんとなく入る気が起こらずシャワーで済ませた。

Pros:

地下鉄赤坂駅からすぐの場所で周りには飲食店やコンビニもありました。アメニティもひと通り揃っています。夜も静かでした。

Cons:

コインランドリーが２台しかなく洗濯が終わっているのに取り出してくれず使えませんでした（翌朝も入ったままでした)
