Great place to stay
Pros:

Spent a week here for work and as a first time solo traveller to Japan, it was AMAZING. Close to the Akasaka sub way and so many great places to eat around.

Cons:

Nothing, all was good. Great staff and can speak English. Big spaces for the toilets and the bathrooms are separate for males and females. TheY they allowed me to store my luggage when I checked out and needed to do last minute shopping. Will stay here again.

Cheap and Convenient
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to a few stations and near a bunch of restaurants!

Cons:

There were only 2 showers for the women’s section so i had to shower late at night when they were open.

お部屋がとても使いやすく、清潔感もありよかったです！アメニティ等がとても使いやすかったです！

Cons:

話し声がなく静かなことはいいのですが、静かすぎて自分のキャリーケースのファスナーの音や色んな物音にとても気をつかいました。

気軽に長く泊まりやすい
Pros:

臨機応変に対応してくれる
長期滞在してる方が多く、ホテル自体の治安がとてもよい

Cons:

施設の気温設定が寒かったりやたら暑かったり安定していないことが多いので自分で工夫した方がいいです

エレベーターが1つしかないので人と被らない時間帯を把握した方がいい

Very clean, affordable and comfortable for a couple nights.
Pros:

Kind of works in Japan as a high trust society with polite people :)

Cons:

But hopeless to not have easy access to your suitcase. Was over this after 3 days.

Pros:

Cleanliness standards were 10/10, considering the several people sharing the facilities. I very much liked having the toilet and sink facilities on the floor, whereas the shower and Onsen where in the basement. Excellent central location.

La posizione è ottima e la capsula non è male. I servizi sono puliti.

Cons:

Aria condizionata troppo forte. La cassaforte della capsula è un po' scomoda e le tendine fanno molto rumore quando si alzano e abbassano.

Pros:

Room was very spacious and the table was incredible to be able to work from. Check-in at 5PM was later than most other facilities, be aware.

Cons:

Felt all of the springs in the bed. The door constantly opening and closing during the night was very evident from my room.
