Carino ma migliorabile

La struttura è vicino alla spiaggia e la camera era grande e molto ben pulita

Struttura un po’ fredda e può essere migliorata l accoglienza
La ragazza molto gentile il signore di pochissime parole e quasi un po’ freddo. Ma potrebbe essere solo questione di carattere
Il sapone è presente in bustine - poco ecologiche- e non viene rinnovato quotidianamente
Lavandino non scaricava acqua e quindi da rivedrete

Expérience traumatisante

Établissement très propre, équipements de bonne facture.

Cons:

J'ai choisi exprès cet établissement pour l'option "front de mer" et "piscine". Or, l'immeuble est à un paté de maison du front de mer, il n'y a donc pas de vue, la piscine était fermée, motif hors saison ce qui n'était pas indiqué. Il est possible que les piscines soient ouvertes, non chauffées dans certains établissements. Il est indiqué dans les chambres et ascenseur des services : un restaurant appartenant à l'hôtel et de location de vélo, il n'y en a pas.
La première nuit fut horrible : une équipe en déplacement bruyante, couchée tard (23h30) levée tôt (6h) , l'établissement n'en est pas responsable. Tout résonne très fort dans l'immeuble.
J'ai demandé à changer de chambre pour l'autre nuit, c'en était trop.
La réceptionniste a été infâme, m'accusant de mentir sur les bruits, de chercher la petite bête de services absents et ordonné de partir tel un malpropre avec ma fille de 11 ans à la rue, sans aucun ménagement. Ma fille était en pleurs, j'étais choqué. Inadmissible, ce d'autant que j'avais payé mes nuits et proposais même de payer davantage pour prendre une chambre simplement à l'écart des équipes, l'établissement étant 3/4 vide. Une collègue a été quant à elle très agréable et pondéré la situation.
L'établissement gagnerait à mettre à jour les informations en basse saison, fournir un meilleur accueil et tenir compte de la répercussion du bruit inhérent au bâtiment en proposant des chambres plus à l'écart.

El lugar es bueno, pero el personal no ayuda

La ubicación muy buena. El hotel es bueno, limpio, las habitaciones tal como salen en las fotos.

Cons:

El señor al check in nada amigable. La señorita en el check out muy estresada y sobrepasada con su trabajo. No encontraba las llaves, no me podía atender porque estaba recibiendo a un grupo que por lo que me explicaba era muy importante y ella estaba sola atendiendo.
