Service 4 étoiles mais l’hôtel en lui même est plus un 3 étoiles. Certains équipements sont dégradés ou trop anciens, à changer (pommeau de douche, sol douche, cuvette WC etc).
Mais le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

Peggiore esperienza di sempre personale volgare maleducato e agressivo! Mai stato tratto in questo modo in nessuna struttura ! Sono addirittura stato minacciato verbalmente perché ho chiesto di cancellare la prenotazioni dopo il check in visto la mancanza di rispetto dello Staff
çok iyi ve temiz bir yer
Odanın genel durumu iyiydi sadece perdeler ve cekyatlarin değişmesi gerek mobilyalarında biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Kaldığımız oda aşırı sıcaktı kış gününde klima açmak zorunda kaldık. Genel olarak temizdi. Personel güler yüzlü ve iyi hizmet veriyorlar.
Clean , staff helpful and friendly
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and are a decent size for families. The only let down was there was no microwave. Near the hotel are some shops and restaurants which is convenient.

If you want to stay a little bit away (20-25km) away from downtown this is the place to live.
nice cozy suite with excellent staff, if you rent a car just drop the keys to the front they will park and bring as needed (the best thing). there is all sort of shops and small market on footsteps.

Outside temperature was 5C but the heating didn't work. The room was so cold that next morning i got up with a throat ache. Sound insulation of the windows was very bad. You hear the passing cars as they are a few meters away even when the windows are closed. There were leakage in the shower. After the shower the bathroom were flooded. The staff was impolite. They spoke with us with "thou" instead of "you". For couples they ask for marriage certificate. We had it but they reject the validity of your certificate for dummy reasons. I strongly recommend NOT TO STAY in this hotel. Better pay 10-15 $ more and stay in a proper place.

La femme de ménage me réveillait tous les matins à 8h elle sonnait sonnait sans s’arrêter donc pas le choix pas de grâce matinée et le petit déjeuner il s’arrête à 10h30 j’arrive à 10h 20 il y’avait plus rien.... déçu
