I liked everything about the property from room to location
the staff were super rude during the time of war in qatar. 0 flexibility 0 understanding. 100% pressure on daily payment for the extended days that we were forced to stay during the war. Calling to the room 24hrs during war time forcing payment. The country is locked down we will not run away.
Not only but also the attitude was very very rude. Now every time i think about the hard time i had during the war time i remember the hotel annoyance

30 miuts for Sauna using. It is ridiculous.
Truly happy that I chose this hotel for my stop over stays in Doha. The best parts are the best location inside Souq Waquif, which allows you to explore the small market streets until late at night, extremely friendly staffs, excellent restaurants, clean and elegant room, 24 hour operation (I arrived after 1:00am) . It’s walking distance to many must to see places, including Museum of Islamic Art, and 3 mins walk from metro station if you want to go a bit far. The country is so safe that I (female) could walk around alone at 3am as well. I would like to come back with my son next time!

The room was musty. Had a damp smell. Need to use air fresheners and ventilate. The bathroom door was jammed and stick to the floor could not open it all the way

Hotel location is the best
Great location..and they own 8 properties in the area so you can use the spa and pool of the other hotels. We used the metro to get to the airport, stored our luggage in the hotel right next to the metro entrance and used the pool and showers before setting off on our onward journey.

Très mauvaise insonorisation dans les chambres. L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée intempestivement à 03 hrs du matin une nuit.
Great location big rooms, comfortable bed
Light switches were awkward and difficult to use because of placement behind the door and interconnected switches. Door to bedroom wouldn’t stay open (fire door?). Air conditioning in bedroom wouldn’t cool bedroom (Room 1 in Al Jomrok Hotel). Because of the collection of boutique hotels, it was not clear where exactly we were going to stay until we arrived. Went to the one on our reservation and had to be moved twice more by golf cart.
Shahin greeted us and made a wonderful first impression! Then we had a wonderful experience with Argie that took great care of our room! Finally, Nalin introduced us to a wonderful rooftop experience with a great view! From top to bottom, I would say that everyone was extremely professional and would definitely suggest this boutique hotel in Doha! We will return!
The hotel experience was remarkable making it easy to go around the city. The train station is 1 min away from the hotel door by foot. The service and staff of the hotel are welcoming and always showing support. Sourour, Salem and Ibtisam were very professional and ensured our stay is great
