The hotel is old but very central

It was good, but I was never told I had to switch rooms after 2 nights for the 3rd and last night. And there is no way to reach hotels.com after they couldn’t find my reservation for the third night

Beautiful house on the beach, easy walking everywhere, easy parking. Can’t wait to vacation here again.

Everything was soooo amazing! The staff was very very helpful and extremely kind. They treated my family like family of their own. The property has Everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. The location was extraordinary! Literally right on the beach!!!! And yes, very convenient to everything. I traveled with young children and felt very safe and confident that we were in a safe establishment!! We loved our stay and will definitely be back from now on. ❤️

Great location, reasonably priced. Building is currently undergoing noisy repair work, but that’s going to happen when you’re right on the beach.

We absolutely will be staying here again! The staff was so friendly and even let us check in a little early with no extra charge. The pool was clean. The room was clean. The hot tub was fantastic! The only thing that we didn't like was the bed. It wasn't very comfortable. But other than that, it was amazing! Would highly recommend!

This was my first trip to the Atlantic and it was remarkable! Beautiful view from the best hotel, The Hollywood Beach Sands. Direct view of the ocean. Advice: the Atlantic is much colder than the Gulf of Mexico! I adored this small town, and my sister and I felt completely safe and comfortable. I could easily live there!!!

It was in very good condition for its age, great location right on the beach. It was a third floor with no elevator which was a little tough. These are owner Condo units but no shampoo or coffee filters which we had to hunt down. All in all it was a nice place to end our vacation.

Never got to see it, they didn't have our reservation. They blamed booking.com. My sister in law, also had a reservation and they didn't have a room for her. She reserved it directly through Hollywood Sands. They still blamed a third party, which obviously wasn't true. I believe booking.com got blamed for both. If you want a guaranteed room, don't come here.

Right on the beach perfect location walking distance to everything once you get there you park the car and don’t ever have to drive anywhere

The room is awfully small. It’s 1 bedroom is made for two people at best. It is old and it shows. This is not a family friendly unit. Too close and too much furniture in one small place. Don’t be fooled there is no ocean view from the room. And God forbid you leave a stain on a towel. I’m being charged $150 for god only knows what. The door fell off the hinges. It was a hot mess. We ended up leaving and headed next door to more suitable conditions at the Marriott. Save your money and don’t try to get the better rate… you’ll be sorry.
