Cons:

Elevator was crowded with service workers. Elevator full, so waited 5-10 minutes,

No coffee in rooms or in lobby.

Noise in hallways kept us awake

Bathroom door peeling at bottom.

Great location, good amenities for the value.
Pros:

We had an issue with the lock on our door and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Fantastic location. The pool and the rooftop lounge area was nice.

Cons:

The furniture in the room was very dirty. But everything else about the room was great. Linens were clean. The bed was great as well as the cleanliness of everything else in the room.

It was a great location and condo was well equipped for our stay.

Location and view was great.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service on and off during our stay. The Internet was out during the day. Also cafe was not quite as advertised.

Leak on the ceiling
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

There was a leak in the ceiling above the toilet, dripping yellowish water, did not get repaired during our stay - and no compensation offered. Fortunately we had a second bathroom to use - could not use the toilet with dripping water (?) above the head, and splashing all over

Wonderful place
Pros:

The location, easy to access, very quiet, Comfortable Bed, roomy, nice view part of the ocean from balcony.

Cons:

Hard to park always full, the view oceans from balcony only partially because of the trees, Lamp it's old, need upgraded the lamp new with usb charger.

Impossible to stop hallway light and light from door to next room - room was never dark. Cafe/snack bar inconsistent hours; spa not working; only ice machine out of service

Good for short term. Old old property that needs major updates.. clean closet to beach
Pros:

big rooms, clean.

Cons:

working hot tub, a higher floor which I was told was not available , even though NO ONE was on the higher floors above me. Simply an awful gym. Full kitchen, all appliances but no coffee maker
