Pretty much everything.

Cons:

The stove did not work in the room we did request for them to fix it so one came but they couldn't fix it and did not hear anything else from them about it

Overpriced, basic hotel, slightly too far from the beach.
Pros:

Nice room.

Cons:

Most of the room was satisfactory. However, we had a 1980's style bathroom with an even older bath.
The property is located in a rundown area of town, and the short walk to the beach is not what you would expect for the cost.
