Une douce expérience. Bon souvenir.
Pros:

J’ai apprécié la proximité de la plage Ciutat Jardi, la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel de l’hôtel très à l’écoute à tout souhait et à tout besoin exprimés par le client. Bon point, le fait qu’on y parle le français également. Le petit déjeuner y a été très délicieux et servi avec du goût. Généralement, très satisfaite par l’expérience de ce séjour.

整体非常满意。
Pros:

酒店门口就是海景，是平静的海面，去海边非常方便，可以踩踩水游游泳。去帕尔马市区非常方便，公交直达，有比较方便的停车位。

Cons:

我没有游泳，因为泳池有点小，而且有工作人员在，我有点不好意思。这是我的个人局限，酒店非常好。

Pros:

We had two rooms and they didn't put us together. We were in totally different areas of the hotel. One room was nice by the garden and the other room was so loud and small by the elevators. We asked to be switched several times in order to be closer to our kids and there was no effort in this. Also no discount for the inconvenience. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I think it was not a 4 star hotel in US standards. Also one room was fine but the other was definitely not a four star hotel.
