Comfortable and convenient place to stay in Belen
Pros:

Convenient location, walkable to groceries, all of the fixtures (AC, fridge, microwave, plumbing) worked well. Surprised to have water that could get super hot and did not have exposed wires. The beds are very firm but I slept comfortably! The person who received me was warm and friendly and we had a nice conversation

Don’t book - wouldn’t accept payment
Pros:

My experience was not great. They couldn’t find my reservation through hotels.com and it took forever to check in. Then in the morning they would not accept the payment through hotels.com. So I had to pay separately and they charged me more then the price listed on hotels.com. The hotel itself was ok but it was overpriced and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend booking this hotel through hotels.com as they may not honor your reservation or payment.
