El personal es super amable y te resuelven muy rápido
La presión del agua para la regadera es muy baja y la alberca no es climatizada

Tenían rentada la alberca para una celebración y la música muy fuerte y terminó la música 10:30 de la noche y en la habitación no había más cobijas y hacía mucho frio
La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal
El baño de áreas comunes de la alberca muy muy sucio. Los baños de caballeros en el área del restaurante sin papel. La alberca no esta climatizada por lo tanto estaba helada. Al lado de mi cuarto esta el cuarto (105)de maquinas y había mucho olor a gas.

Esta muy bien cuidado. Para las fechas que fuimos, mediados de diciembre, esta prácticamente libre. La piscina es grande y la tv tiene Internet y cable.
El desayuno incluido sabia bien y al estar solos, prácticamente tuvimos atención personalizada.
El wifi es un poco lento y la piscina no tiene calefacción. Sin embargo no representaron problemas mayores pues estuvimos recorriendo Valle de Bravo la mayor parte del dia.

Las instalaciones muy bien y adecuadas al precio, el servicio de todo el personal es muy bueno
En cuanto al desayuno me parece muy caro un supuesto bufete de $180.00 por persona en donde solo hay chilaquiles y huevo, el café bastante malo pero muy amables las chicas que atienden.
Muy cómoda, limpia, tranquila, personal muy atento y amable. Todo perfecto 💯
